  Sat here at 10:55 left at 11:18 they are open but didn’t ever answer the drive through

  Ordered chicken cordon blue, received a ham and cheese sandwich. Ordered a chicken tender meal, got the drink, tenders, and no fries. Went through the drive through after a long day of driving. Shouldn't have had to pay 20 some dollars for the lack of food I ordered. Very disappointed. Contacted Arby's corporate and they said they would send the complaint over to this store location. Have not heard a thing and doubt I ever will. Stay away from this place and if you do decide to stop there for a meal, you better triple check everything and do the employee's jobs for them with the only satisfaction being that you got the correct order. No discounts or pay for your hard work of supervising the order, only the satisfaction getting the correct order.

  I went thru Drive Thru May 30th around Noon. My Reciet was so miss printed i could not get the Numbers off it. Bought 2 Beef & Cheeders. Was Very Fast. 1/3 of the cheese was on the wrapper and smashed Sandwiches during wrapping. GOT IT ALL OVER ME AND MY CAR! WHAT A POOR MESS! Fast but Zero Quality.....
