Due to this Pizza Hut often leaving the bottom crust of the pizza dough and undercooked I asked if they could bake the pizza where the bottom crust was done and golden brown as well. The lady that received my order said no problem at all. I picked up the order in the 15min. Windows they said it would be ready and took it home. Upon opening the box we found a black and brown large cracker with very few toppings on it. I tried to pull off a slice and it was so hard it was not cut completely through. I called to Pizza Hut to inform them of this and was told I ordered it well done and that's how it is. I informed her I paid $15 for this pizza and it REALLY was inedible and I would bring it back and she hung up on me. This happened March 18, 2026. She was the only woman in there that I saw. The worst pizza I have ever gotten anywhere! Stay away from Park Avenue Pizza Hut.
