I can promise you that I will never be back to this location until they either get rid of that Nikki girl or keep her in the back. I dread picking up my Togo food in case she's working. She is always so rude. Never helpful. She always looks so miserable. I picked up my Togo food and the Charity girl ALWAYS tells me to check my bag for accuracy so when I picked it up this time & Nikki was there I tried checking my food & she told me "I bagged it up personally & know how to do my job so if you wanna check it go do it in your car". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As I'm walking away she decided to roll her eyes & mumble under her breath "don't come back until you learn to tip better too". I'm sorry but I'm not tipping more than $5 on a $40 order when you're rude like that to me.

I don’t normally do this, but I’m not really sure what else to do. I just had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant I’ve had in 20 years at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ironton, OH. I’m still just in shock over the whole thing. My dad and I and my 3 daughters went, getting there around 6 pm for dinner. Things went smoothly at first until our food came out. My food was cold, missing my side, and my waitress never refilled my drink. Now I’ve had poor service before and I wouldn’t be writing this over that. I use to be a waiter at Chili’s and know what it’s like, and I always make sure to tip 20%. When our food came out I ordered a To Go order for my wife who is a nurse working late. We finished eating and paid for our meal. 20 minutes (30+ minutes since I ordered it) goes by and we still have not received our To Go order that we have already paid for. Our server comes out and says that we are going to have to talk to the manager because she’s done getting yelled at in the kitchen and can’t get our food. We wait another 10 minutes for the manager to come over, explain the situation to him, and he goes to the kitchen. We then wait ANOTHER 10 minutes and no one comes by, so we grab a random waiter and explain the situation again. He goes and grabs our waitress who again apologizes and tells us that a big take out order is ahead of us. She said they’ll take care of the bill and refund us, but we don’t care about the money, we just want the food and to go. It felt like we were being held hostage for food we have already paid for. We then we wait yet another 10 minutes before a second manager comes. At this point we have given up and realize we are getting cheated out of food and just want to leave. I have 3 little girls on a school night getting restless and we just want to go home. We tell them to forget the food and that we are leaving. This second manager, who I think was named Cheeseburger, tells us to calm down and he will take care of it. This is the 4th time we have been told that, and it’s starting to cause a scene. My dad and I are both getting frustrated and other tables start turning to look at us as voices are being raised. That’s when I grab my kids and just leave for the parking lot. The second manager follows us to the parking lot holding two boxes of food looking for us. I see him and walk back. I say “thank you” and he quite literally in frustration throws the food at me where it almost falls out of the box (not bagged) and says “have a good night” before turning and storming off. My jaw just hangs open and I walk back to my car. I just can’t imagine ever treating anyone like that, and we will never go back to Bdubs in Ironton. I’m confident more than ever that we need to support small local businesses. Like I said before I’m not sure what to accomplish here, but just totally unacceptable behavior. I would recommend anyone reading this to just stay away from there and eat literally any other local restaurant.
