Several patrons were waiting at lunchtime and couldn’t get waited on. several people were upset because bartender couldn’t get to them and another server stepped in and helped her . It’s sad for chain up wait that long! We went forb 2 days and service sucked😡

Great experience. The server was cordial. The food was good. Seasoned well. Nice portion. It was room temp at best. It was steak / shrimp pasta. And the steak was not off the grill. Added chicken it was good, not off the grill hot. I still would visit again and again. I like Outback!!!

Visiting Ohio, 2nd time eating at this location. Food was excellent, thus the reason for the second visit. Came in for lunch, sat at the bar. Good was great, bartender was extremely helpful and personable. Regional manager comes in and tells him to change the tv channels, not taking into account, the baseball game was being watched by a few of the customers at the bar! Put a damper on the visitors not to mention just rude overall!

I read the reviews- decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I should have heeded the reviews… I ordered the 6oz sirloin with Alice Spring chicken… side of house salad and a cup of baked potato soup as my two sides. The steak was so tough that I couldn’t even chew it to be able to swallow more than 1/3 of it… the chicken was grilled well… and that’s about all the positive feedback I can come up with..maybe it would have been better if they had remembered the honey mustard to dip the chicken in! For Thep side of soup- I think they ran out or forgot the chunks of baked potato that were supposed to be in the soup it was just the flour/butter thickener cream SALT and the toppings) and 2 pea sized potato pieces in the entire bowl. Wish they had told me they were just out of the soup sink could have gotten something edible…. (See picture!) but they dropped a bag of salt in the pot at some point because it was inedible. Was looking forward to the blooming onion.. seems like they threw one they fried hours ago… it might as well been leftover from yesterday… soggy oil congealed at the bottom- cold mess… flavor eas good at least. This is the first time I’ve been to Outback in two years… but I was staying at the Speinghill Suites… so 2 min drive back and to the room and food was lukewarm at best…I ordered 8:53- got to take-away pickup spot at 9:20.. waiting for the ready text until 9:26 before I went in to inquire status.. had one poor (but delightful!!) gal running take away- she tried her best- so I tipped her well! I got my food at 9:35! Not her fault the food was worse quality than I imagine McDonald’s…. 47 bucks later and I’m sitting in my hotel room contemplating if there is a chicfila nearby and open because I’m still hungry!! I don’t write bad reviews ever- until recently- but this deserved to be put out there so other business travelers can be warned and wary. SOO DISAPPOINTED!!! Added photos… so you guys can see I’m being objective. Believe the review- see the pictures and find a Culver’s or a Freddie’s instead.

We went to try out the 3-course meal - salad, entree and dessert. We each had a salad - house for my husband and a Caesar for me and they were both fresh and plentiful. We upgraded to the sirloin steak for our entree accompanied by a baked potato. The steaks were nice though I will ask for less seasoning on the steak the next time. Dessert was cheesecake which had a nice flavor.
