  I stopped in for dinner with my family. I wasn't sure what I could eat due to food allergies, but Cassie was very helpful and made sure I had something safe to eat. Cassie was knowledgeable about allergens and what type of cross contact could have occurred, which was very much appreciated. You don't often find that kind of service. Thanks for all the help!

  Was told they don’t salt or pepper sandwiches The sandwich was one of the smallest iv ever gotten from jimmy John’s felt like they didn’t want to be there or they wanted us to be there, the chairs where all put up on tables, there was a box of chips on the counter so they didn’t have to put chips away which I think is super lazy considering it takes two seconds to put them away … anyways I love jimmy John’s don’t get me wrong but this one has lost its spark ! This is coming from someone who rates restaurants through out the country

  They seemed to occupied to take care of my pick up order. Don’t order extra peppers on your sandwich you will get less.

  The food was decent, but the atmosphere completely ruined the experience. The manager, Donny (or Donald), was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made inappropriate and foul remarks and spoke to his female employees in a disrespectful way that was uncomfortable to witness. When I mentioned possibly contacting corporate, he responded by saying that he, the general manager, and the owner (James) would read complaints and laugh about them. That response alone shows a serious lack of accountability and respect for customers. I would not return based on the behavior of management, which reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Please don’t support this location. Their downtown location is amazing.
