Okay, then you lost me as a customer "at this location." I drove to a nearby Jimmy John's and got my order as expected. Won't stop here again.

Cassie was knowledgeable about allergens and what type of cross contact could have occurred, which was very much appreciated. You don't often find that kind of service. Thanks for all the help!
- JLJay LittonJun 30, 20262.0Was told they don’t salt or pepper sandwiches The sandwich was one of the smallest iv ever gotten from jimmy John’s felt like they didn’t want to be there or they wanted us to be there, the chairs where all put up on tables, there was a box of chips on the counter so they didn’t have to put chips away which I think is super lazy considering it takes two seconds to put them away … anyways I love jimmy John’s don’t get me wrong but this one has lost its spark ! This is coming from someone who rates restaurants through out the country
