Showed up 10 minutes after opening. There were no potatoes, tofu, or noodles. I said I would patiently wait. When the tofu came out, it was completely uncooked. Then the noodles came out and I asked for them to put some on my bowl, and the young woman working said she would not put noodles on my bowl. I then got home to eat and found a 4-5 inch hair in my first couple bites of food. I’m never coming back to this Bibibop. Terrible experience.

We started going here recently and the food is great. We decided to try the Family pack since it was advertised for only $35 and serves 4-5 people. We got 1 Large container of a side (White rice). 5 Toppings (Black beans, Avocado, Chickpeas, Cucumbers, Potatoes). 1 Protein (Korean BBQ Beef). Unfortunately the portions were not what I expected. I asked the cashier if the amount of beef I got was supposed to really feed 4-5 people, she seemed unsure and went to ask the manager who came to the front. I asked again, he looked at the container and said yes. The total cost was $51.23 in total. Again Food was great but the portions were much smaller than I expected. I'll probably stick to the blows moving forward since we get abetter amount of protein for the cost. Other than that the food is great, they have a good variety of vegetables for those who are trying to feed their little ones better.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:38 p.m. I walked in a few minutes after the scheduled pickup time, but my food still wasn’t ready, even though there were 10+ employees working. No big deal—I was willing to wait. As I waited, I started noticing several concerning food safety issues. The employee preparing my bowl never changed her gloves from the previous customer. The prep counter itself looked dirty. She then walked to the back, returned carrying a large container to refill the lettuce, took the container back to the kitchen, and came back wearing the same gloves. A few times, her thumb was literally inside my bowl while handling it. Another employee came out from the back while eating and laughing. She rested her arm and hand—while still holding or eating her food—on the prep counter directly next to where customer orders were being made. I also noticed she wasn’t wearing a hair net. Then she goes back to what she’s doing - with the same gloves. By this point, my order was already 10–15 minutes past the promised pickup time, the girl behind the counter was visibly irritated (but maintained her composure and professionalism). She then threw her hands in the hair and said it would be “a little while” as if they were waiting for something to be refilled. Between the delay and the food handling concerns I witnessed, I decided to request a refund instead. Everyone inside was friendly and polite, and seemingly busy working. However, the cleanliness, food handling practices, and timeliness during my visit were disappointing and fell short. Gloves should be changed every 2 minutes or every customer and hair should be in a net if you’re on the front line.
