When we opened our Hudson location in 2021, right in the heart of downtown, we wanted it to feel like more than just a restaurant-we wanted it to feel like home. Here, the kitchen is the heart of it all, where housemade pastas, braised short ribs, fresh salads, and hand-cut steaks from Brunty Farms come together the way grandma would have cooked-simple, comforting, and made with love, but with a touch of refinement. Our shelves are lined with over 500 bourbons, from rare bottles to hand-selected barrel picks, alongside a thoughtful wine list and crafted cocktails made to share. It’s a place to gather with friends, celebrate with family, or unwind after a long day-where every meal is meant to bring people closer.
