  It’s becoming real difficult to defend McDonalds. The drive through worker was being very unpleasant, we ordered a Coke Zero and a Coke, she gave us two Coke zeros and when we asked her to swap it, she said no it’s regular Coke. I went back in and got different Coke from the self serve. I get back to my car, and look at my food and I said no cheese or onions, and my food was made incorrectly. I’m tired of being clear and articulate, just for the service to be atrocious. Coming from someone who grew up with this McDonalds, it’s real sad to see how downhill it went. (Nobody was in the drive through either. Just me)

  All I wanted for Mother’s Day was a vanilla latte with sugar free vanilla syrup and 1 Splenda that’s it, The last time I came here for a latte a nice girl with glasses made it for me and it was delicious! Well today I got one with red in her hair and stuff hanging out of her nose and she served it up to me with attitude and it was like tasting dirty water for Five bucks, sad and no I won’t be back but then again nobody cares anymore no one takes pride in anything they do it’s the new way I guess. Disappointing

  There are no 2 story golden arches out front to Mark this location only a tasteful sign with the logo. They hired a young gentleman to greet guests and wipe tables. So you should get a clean table here. Orders are on the kiosk unless you can catch someone at front cash. The dining area is modern and nice but lacks any cushioned seating with backs. Restrooms🚻 average for a McDonald's. The fries 🍟 came out warm NOT hot. No ketchup served or offered with the fries. The Filet-o-Fish I ordered came out hot! I ordered no cheese, extra tartar, extra pickles, evidently 2 pickle slices are considered "extra" these days for which there was no additional charge at this location. This is One McDonalds I would definitely visit again if I am in Hudson. They definitely have some Yum!😎

  Asked for a simple breakfast sandwich without egg. What I got was a crusty piece of steak on the sandwich, nothing else. No cheese, sauce, or onions. When I went in to get them replaced, I was met with attitude, and the MOD called the GM to complain to the GM that I came in asking for my food to be remade. Worst service I have had from any fast food, having worked for McDonald's in the past, I know the expectations they have for their staff and customer experience, I did not receive anything close.
