Came in at 8:30 says they don’t close til 11 and they’re mopping instead of helping the line of customers. Grills are shut down and the everything is old and stale. Rushed to do the food and messed up orders since he is checking out girls in line. WORST CHIPOTLE

Today, I walked in ten minutes before opening, not being rude or anything, just waiting to order. Within maybe 15 seconds, the manager rudely said, “We don’t open for 15 minutes, it says so on the door,” with the most attitude I’ve heard from any fast food worker. This place has gone down the drain. Not the food, but the manager is awful. Still coming back just do better.

Just got done running 10 miles thought about getting some chipper. Happen to come in early with a group of buddy’s didn’t realize we walked in 5 minutes before opening. Manager instead of letting us know they weren’t opened politely instead rudely told us they were closed and that next time we should read the door. Unbelievable! 😡

The lady(worker) with tattoos and piercings yelled down the line at him, “why’re you giving so much rice out” “did he ask for that much” “you’re wasting it and giving to much out. Chill out with the rice”. Poor guy was so embarrassed and made it awkward for everyone. Everyone after that person started getting half a scoop of rice. Pathetic service by the lady at the register.
