  The morning manager always has a chip on her shoulder and talks to the crew any kind of way and screams across the store she gives me bad anxiety and I can see it on the workers face that it’s different energy when she comes in she almost made one of the workers cry yesterday she’s very rude and hatful I’m so surprised she still works there I feel bad for the crew workers

  Came through drive-through to place an order. Savannah was being very rude and impatient. I asked for a manager and was totally ignored, so I went to the window, and the manager told me that she was sorry that Savannah was being rude. I feel when you work in any job, you have to be able to adapt to your job. If she doesn’t want to work with customers, she needs to get in a different position.

  Placed an order via the app for mobile. 10pc nugget MEAL. M.E.A.L. What is in a meal? 10pc nuggets, fries and a drink. My daughter picks up the food, gets home and guess what isn't in the bag? The 10pc nuggets. Ya know, the MAIN part of the meal. Then to top that off, she said the employee wasn't very nice, which isn't surprising because most aren't at this location. I know it is late and you are ready to go home, but the very least that you can do is make sure that everything is in the bag before handing it out of the window. How do you even forget nuggets?

  Half the staff appeared to be in break. I was the only “guest” at the time. I had to order at the kiosk. The restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty. Not a single one was cleared off. The floor was filthy. There was no ketchup (both bins were empty) and they were almost out of napkins. The bathroom was dirty. The faucet is odd and would it turn off all the way unless you turned the water to cold (the handle hits the sink otherwise). There is no trash can in the bathroom at all. I mention the bathroom because immediately after finishing my meal, I had to run there to paint the toilet. Avoid. This. One.
