However im still extremely disappointed that the cheese ravioli is still not been brought back. I know this is a higher up decision and not the stores fault but that is why I only give 3 stars for food. The store was very clean and Aston was a very helpful and friendly counter worker. I will be back to finish using my reward points but sadly I will not be back after that unless the ravioli is brought back. That decision is still a mystery to me.

Our order was taken swiftly and accurately. The side salad was much larger than expected, was nicely chilled, had crisp lettuce, and was fresh-tasting. Our hot food items were delivered sooner than anticipated and were appropriately hot, as well as delicious!

The first thing I noticed when we walked in is a smell which I attribute to the filthy carpet. They really need to change that to tile or something that won't hold odors like carpet. The second thing was we ordered cheesy bread with our classic pasta samplers and we received six small triangles and the cost was $14.99, even though the sign at the register says $3.99! No worries; fortunately we could afford it, but I wonder if they charge everybody that much more. And I'm not sure I understand what the beverage tax is for. Our drinks cost nearly $6 for a small and a large pop; adding a beverage tax on top of a sales tax seems a bit much. And yes, we added a tip on top of the cost of the meal.

Came to our table to check on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought us a bag when we were leaving to make carrying our leftovers easier fazoli should be happy to have an employee like him working for them

She took it upon herself and noticed that me and my friend were juggling our kiddos and jumped in to help us get napkins and silverware. She never stopped cleaning in the dining room and whenever anyone walked in she stopped to greet them with a smile. It was truly so refreshing so see someone have joy while doing their job! Keep being you Rue!!!!
