They also were talking about their coworkers ones that work there and ones that aren’t even working there anymore. I don’t feel welcomed every time I go in.

He then told me to pull to the next window even though he was holding my food. Whatever I pull and I wait for 15 minutes no one answers I came at 12:40 it’s 1 outrageous. I had paid for all that so I just drove off they served everyone else except us. I hate when your running to your appointment every minute matters, now they probably won’t even take me in because of how late I am. I understand how busy you guys are but that’s just disrespectful.

I'm glad I got forced into immediately paying for the donuts before they ever saw a box and didn't get a chance to actually buy the way I wanted to. I only got one dozen, because the cashier was trying to charge me before I even chose donuts. The donuts were sour and tasted horrible. I'm pretty sure the cream in the Boston cream was spoiled. Their powder donuts are not powder it's just fine sugar. The jelly is dried out and sour in the jelly donuts the cruellers were wet and the glazed were stale. Never had to pay for donuts I want before I pick what goes in the box. Maybe that's some new policy but I don't care won't be back. Go to Stan the donut man instead.

And I do spend at least $40 a week here if not more. But ever since they got tipping available digitally, the employees escalated their attitude. You should NOT be treating people depending on how much tip they leave you. One time the African american girl working there even hit no tip on the screen before even handing it to me to tap my card. Whenever I’m there they are talking amongst themselves about other customers and wondering if it’s me. Very unprofessional. Today I asked for a custom chiller due to dietary restrictions and the same girl started huffin’ and puffin’ and said I could choose one of the signatures and gave me something I cannot even drink. I tried to talk to the guy that was at the window taking payment to explain what I was saying and he just ignored me. At this point I don’t even trust these employees. They could be spitting in your cup for not giving them enough tip. A Tip is a tip for extra service. Not for doing your job. If you need a better paycheck please find a better job. I do not want to drive to a different location cause you don't want to work there .
