  If I could give negative stars I would. This location needs new management. They need to be fired straight up. Always out of EVERYTHING, Before close and I’m not talking about 30mins before close. Hard rice as well, it’s sad. Do better. If don’t like your job then quit so someone else can take over.

  Literally lying to show fast order times, ordered a pick up through the app, they marked it as ready for pick up. But theorder hadn't even been started and I'm still waiting for it 30 mins later. From the time I order to the time it was actually ready for pick up was over an hour. I stood there and watched a new worker so overwhelmed by the bad management she was almost in tears. The store was empty and this poor new worker had NO ONE helping. Wild.

  This is our third time here in two years. Safe to say that we won’t be visiting again. Not only have they been out of steak every time we’ve come, but this time, the rice was uncooked and crunchy. There was no cutlery available, and there were no clean tables inside or out. I understand being in the middle of a rush and not having time to clean things, but this is the only Chipotle in this area that struggles with cleanliness and service. The young woman at the register was not friendly in the least bit and did not attempt to make conversation or ask if there were going to be drinks or chips included. There was a young child in front of my family that was seemingly sent to order for multiple people, and the man working the beginning of the line was not patient or understanding at all with him. All he wanted was a tortilla on the side with two burrito bowls. On top of all of this, there was an employee that was on break and had a visitor during her break. She visited with him outside and then proceeded to bring her dog inside and stood with it beside the mobile order preparation area. There always seems to be a crowd at Chipotle’s and this one is no different. Given our repeated experiences though, I’m very curious how that is.

  I was just in there about 6:30 PM. I was in line. There was two young teenage boys in line talking to. I’m going to assume he was the manager the manager. The one boy was telling him that his mom knows him he came in there one time, and then the manager proceeded to tell him that he offered him a job, but his mom told him that he couldn’t tell him he couldn’t take it after that. I witnessed that manager give both boys large, large larger than normal purchases of meat that he did not charge him for he gave them both about four big scoops of steak so he gave them two double scoops of steak did not charge them. He also gave them two free drinks he told the cashier not to charge them for him. My issue with that is what you do for one you should do for the other. I would’ve liked to have extra double portions of meat and not get charged for him. I mean to simply do that in other customers faces because a boy comes in there a customer comes in there and says that you know his mom or he knows you that’s ridiculous. Pic below shows the date and time that I was there . The guy, I’m gonna assume he was the manager looks like he might’ve had like a medium reddish blonde, kind of hair color underneath the hat.

  READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AND NOTE: USE YOUR DEBIT CARD TO DISPUTE YOUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES AND GET YOUR $$$$BACK! THEY WILL NOT ANSWER CORPORATE PHONES OR ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR COMPLAINTS YOUR BROWN RICE WASN'T EVEN DONE!!!! FIRST EXPERIENCE!!!! You can't even call the restaurant to tell them. So I guess posting my horrible first experience in Google is best. Brown rice and an $11 experience was poor. Without correction with businesses, it was my first and last time going. I'd recommended supporting other businesses who can take your concerns and complaints and put them at the top of their business plan. They do not. So don't waste your money when you have a bad experience. Times are too hard to waste money and had it been on my debit card, I'd dispute the charges. Use your debit card so you can dispute awful experiences. It's BIG but not a damn bit of flavor. We like flavor in this DNA!!!
