  The last time I was there they were not prepared and ready for service at 10:45 am so we all had to wait about 20 minutes, but all in all they are amazing!

  I think this Chipotle should be reviewed by a health department and corporate. I’m in line and a couple infront of me orders a white rice bowl (told the man serving them this 4 times) he puts brown rice into the bowl and is then corrected and dumps the now contaminated brown rice back into the brown rice container to then grab the white rice. Additionally, most surfaces were not even remotely clean. I also have no idea if someone was being trained tonight but he seemed to have no clue about what he was doing and could not even listen to the customers (same one that dumped the brown rice back into the container). As he was also making the mistakes his coworkers were laughing and joking with him. Additionally, the blue haired cashier caught an attitude with another customer when she had asked for napkins, when they had been completely out of stock everywhere. Lastly, I don’t quite understand what’s hard about being kind to customers as I’ve worked in food service, but these workers felt that they could just have an attitude to everyone and even were actively bad mouthing a customer as they were in the dining room. I get it could’ve been a bad night but professionalism should not be lost and it’s obvious this is a common occurrence.

  This is quite literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. From the door to front of the line it took an hour at 8pm at night. I’ve complained to chipotle headquarters about this location and have gotten my meals for free numerous times. The service is beyond terrible, majority of the workers take their sweet time to do anything. The restaurant cleanliness needs attention. Most importantly the food is not up to par, ever. I’ve gone to this location multiple times to let them redeem themselves and I’m consistently let down. When I pay $15+ for one adult meal, I expect to get my moneys worth. I typically get a bowl and it’s always half the portion of any other chipotle location I go to. It’s very disappointing.

  This is a the worst location by far. Not a well oiled machine. the service was terrible. The kid left for restroom break when it was my turn for service. The girl tossed my wrap and it was down hill from that point. Work with your staff and train them about constructive criticism. Being rude isn’t acceptable when customers are trying help your business and keep your customers static.

  I order 2 steak bowls 2x on the steak. Every single bite of my steak was chewy dried out or had gristle through it. The corn was semi frozen also
