  Imagine visiting a restaurant in 2026 and seeing the words "Unlimited Hot and Cold toppings". What a value outside of a buffet. Well, friends - don't be fooled. Upon ordering a bowl and asking for broccoli, I was given three meager stems. I said politely, Could I have some more please?" The worker was happy to oblige with three more limp stems of equally overcooked broccoli. I apologized and clarified how much more I'd like in the dish and was told that if I wanted any more that it would be a 2.99 surcharge. I pointed to the menu which clearly states unlimited and was rebuffed with a snarky "It's company policy that you get two servings". Far be it from me to have a clear understanding on my first visit that unlimited and limited are now as equally exchangeable as flammable and inflammable. Fine - we're starving so we'll pay 60 bucks for barely warm and hastily served slop. But it'll be the only time we visit. A one star review is generous for this experience - but like Bibibop, I could have given more but it's 2.99 if you want a third helping despite the word Unlimited being just right there...

  Bibibop is consistently good but the employees are what makes it GREAT ! Love all the staff but specifically the gentleman on register unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but I was here 11:45a on 4/29 - he was so kind and personable. Wiped down tables and greeted guests at each table as well as each guest upon walk in!

  So I walk in , and I order one bowl. This bowl was at least and no more than two inches thick from the bottom to the top with the rice. I didn't get chicken.I did not get potatoes. No attention to detail, I have to watch Everything they do.I will not go back.This is a disaster it's overpriced. When the lid gone on , it looked like there was four inches of a gap between the top of the bowl and the bottom. He barely used a tongs to put the carrots and the broccoli on there was actually maybe a half a teaspoon of both. Just dumpster , fire , go somewhere and get you a real meal. Myself and a hundred people I know will not go there anymore over this. Just my observation and what I went through.
