  I am a 7 brew fan, and they are always fast and the drinks are always amazing. This morning I went to get my brewzie, i had gone to one of the curbs to turn out and go to the back of the line until the car behind the stop sign said I could go in front of them. Then when i turned and was sitting in the line, a worker came and told me i needed to go to the back of the line. She was very rude about it, even after I told her I understood and I was sorry. I told her i’d go back and she continued to go on about how I cut the line and how everyone was waiting for a long time, in a very condescending tone. It was an honest mistake, and I see how that it was unfair, but it doesn’t mean the workers have the right to talk to their customers rudely.

  As a regular to 7-Brew I was ecstatic when this location opened. However, my experience today will make me never visit (at least this location again). Entry into this location is not easy and each time you go traffic is entering into a different direction. The last two times the traffic was curved down. Today we entered by Rural King and went down to the farthest entry point by Skyline to enter the line. The car next to us waved us in. In line, one of the workers marches angrily up to us and yells “you just cut the line.” Honestly and truthfully I thought the lines were merging, just as they had every other time we have been there. Worse than that, the employees tone and volume completely changed the nature of the interaction. I felt so embarrassed and uninterested at that point. Customer interaction goes a long way and this was some of the worst I have ever experienced. If there is only one entry point, when you have lines merging from 3 different directions, an employee and signage should be directing that. To the worker with the black hair and pink shirt.   I have loved 7Brew. It's fast, and the drinks are great, but I have not had very pleasant experiences with the employees. Yelling when there's confusion on the line, rolling of eyes, and more. I came this morning to get a koozie, and the worker literally scoffed and laughed in my face when I asked for it (yes, I qualified with the two free drinks). Overall, the service is fast, but it would be much more worth my time if the employees were more friendly and respectful. Cultivate kindness!

  Had a terrible experience. I ordered a single coffee and sat in line for nearly 20 minutes waiting while numerous customers who arrived after me got their orders fulfilled. While waiting, at no point did any worker come up to explain what the delay was or reassure that they were working on it. I am a very reasonable person and I understand that mistakes can happen however the fact that a customer can sit there for 20 minutes waiting for their 1 coffee with no explanation or update is unacceptable. I had to leave without getting my order so I could make it to work on time. The fact that I even added a tip when I checked out sickens me. Will not be back.

  I stopped by 7Brew Coffee during their free drink day because I’d never tried it before and wanted to see if it lived up to the hype—especially since I’m super picky about my coffee. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly and was 100% worth the wait. From the moment I pulled up, the experience was amazing. The girl✨Grace✨ who helped me was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and full of compliments—which instantly put me in a great mood. I asked her what she’d recommend, and without hesitation she suggested the Blondie with caramel and whipped cream. Let me just say… she did NOT steer me wrong. It was so good—seriously one of the best drinks I’ve had. Smooth, sweet, and exactly what I didn’t know I was missing. On top of that, multiple employees complimented my Jeep and just made the whole visit feel fun and personal. It wasn’t just about the coffee—it was the entire vibe. Safe to say I’m officially hooked and will absolutely be back as a paying customer. Highly recommend this location if you want great drinks and even better energy! ✨☀️
