  Just left the drive thru at 7 Brew in Huber. I got the Drizzled Apple Energy drink..delish! But do not tell anyone, we must keep it our little secret or everyone will want one 😉. Val was amazing, super friendly. I always know it will be a great experience when Val or Emma is working.

  We have been to this 7 Brew location over 20 times because we genuinely love 7 Brew drinks, but unfortunately, this is the worst 7 Brew location we have ever visited. We’ve been to over 5 different locations and have visited 7 Brew more than 61 times according to my app, so we have a pretty good idea of the experience we normally expect. What stands out most at this location is the customer service. Instead of making you feel like you’re getting a fun little treat, the employees often make it feel like you’re inconveniencing them by being there. We’ve gone at different times of day and had different employees, but the experience has been very consistent: very little eye contact, smiling, conversation, or enthusiasm. At other 7 Brew locations, the employees will ask how you’re doing, chat with you while you wait, walk up to your car rather than sitting in the shade waiting for you to get close enough, ask a fun question, or just be energetic and bopping along to the music. Those little things are a huge part of what makes 7 Brew feel different from other coffee places. Unfortunately, at this location, it feels like the employees are putting in the least amount of effort possible almost every time we visit. We keep coming back because we love 7 Brew, but the customer service at this particular location really takes away from the experience. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback because 7 Brew has such a fun, welcoming brand, and we’ve experienced that at other locations. I’d love to see that same energy and customer service at this location.

  A certain service member named amariya helped me pick out my drink, she was expentionally helpful, kind, and went above and beyond just regular customer service. Would reccomend this 7Brew in huber they have great staff and great drinks, quick and tastes great.

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew! The drinks were delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service from Amariya. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. Her positive attitude and kindness really made my visit! I will definitely be back!

  There's an attendant named Amaria who was very nasty and intentionally was avoiding people in line who came first. It took four cars that came after us for her to come see us at the menu. All we wanted was one drink, but she had a disgusting mean mug. Do better 7BREW!
