  The drinks are good but the amount of ice that I pay $5-$8 for is criminal. This has happened far too often than not. If I wanted ice, I would go buy bags of ice at the gas station. I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth!

  Such an awesome crew full of talented people. Every time I go, I’m greeted and treated with the same amount of respect as anybody else I’ve never had an issue with any of my drinks everyone’s always super nice and bubbly and if you can’t decide on what you want so they offer really good recommendations so I highly recommend this location. Personal favorites are cookie butter blondie with toasted marshmallow and cupcake w caramel drizzle and the Midnight Rain 7 energy with watermelon flavor added.

  Order a hot drink, and they will always put the lid right on the seam. There’s always wet coffee or syrup outside the cup. 10% of the time you’ll have the wrong amount of syrup or drink but it’s a bigger pain to turn around than it is to just accept it. It’s really not great service, just fast volume. Still better than Starbucks. Teach the people making the drinks to put the lid opening away from the seam.

  Coming to 7 Brew is hit or miss with their service anymore. Wasn’t too busy when I got there and placed my order as soon as I pulled up. Nothing complicated just a med cherry pina colda smoothie. Had a little wait time with the cars in front of me which is normal. The car in front of me got their order and they was waiting on the cars in front of them. But what I’m bothered about is the car behind me got their order and when I got to the pick up stop my order still wasn’t even ready but then another order was ready before my was. And when mine was finally done it wasn’t even what I ordered. It’s some sort of berry smoothie. To me this tells me that my order was set aside so they could make the other drinks. That is not how you handle the business when you take orders. Very disappointed with their service especially with the price I’m paying for the items there

  I love going to the HH 7brew. Most days I go, staff are smiling and extremely helpful. So far I’ve not been disappointed with any of the drinks. Keep up the good work HH! UPDATE : Well, this past week, 7brew has come to disappoint. I come through here almost daily since they have opened. Today especially. I have 3 free drinks available and now a 4th as it is my birthday. When I got there the staff was extremely rude telling me I could not pull in from the shopping center to their lines, mind you no one was waiting from anywhere else, after the rude staff member tells me this she walks off to stand along the side with 5 other employees just standing there. Once an employee decided to come take my order I said I wanted to use one of my free drinks to which the employee replied they were not “allowing” customers to use free drinks at this time. Then as I proceeded through the line, several customers behind me received their multiple drinks as I continued to wait on my one drink. I received my drink (finally) cold foam had evaporated already which ok it’s hot and humid, however see the picture for further explanation. This was how my drink was handed to me. (Obviously I put the straw in to stir) but we pay a decent amount of money for these drinks and this is how much I did not get. I know that may seem petty but I can tell you Dunkin’s and Starbucks never skims! Very upsetting. I do not believe I will be back. Unless they allow me to use my free drinks (lol) then afterwards I’m done. ✌️
