  Don’t go here! No one answered at the drive through. I finally said hello. Then the girl didn’t want to take our oder. Barely spoke. Pulled around and paid after about 3 minutes. 3 employees and 2 customers inside at the counter. 2 girls kept starting at me out the drive through wind. It was very obvious that they were punishing us for saying hello at the speaker. No espresso added either. Please hire someone that wants to work.

  Went through the drive thru this morning and got 2 coffees witch were perfect and then I got 3 sausage wraps well I get to work to eat and there is no sausage in the wraps just egg even though I asked for no egg and I look at my receipt it’s right on paper but not how it was made not sure who they have making the food but they need their eyes checked or learn how to read a screen very upset

  When I want Dunkin, I come here I live in The Hermitage area but i come over here I feel like that says a lot already..The food is always great. The workers are nice and friendly. The only thing I would really have to say Negative is it’s a little bit slow.

  Busy place. Talking to the head set for the drive up and then taking counter orders. Crazy busy! Good donut selection. We ordered cold drinks. Toilet paper was out in the women's rest room. Manager was dealing with a vocally impaired customer at the counter. I guess the staff couldn't hear his order in the drive up. 🤨

  Seriously.....would give zero stars of I could. Pull up to the drive-thru around 11:30 p.m. the lady working inside must have been high or drunk because she could barely talk through the intercom. The manager finally comes on after about 5 minutes of her trying to get the orders correct. Probably one of the rudest guys I've ever dealt with. Play bring the drinks to the window after sitting there for 10-plus minutes. Both of them look like they're incredibly high. Nobody says hello nobody says thank you they just hand us our drinks and walk away...... Customer service at its finest.
