Waited 20 minutes to have our food given to the car in front of us. Then told they could retake our order.

Most horrible experience ever my vehicle does not fit thru drive through then when I was told I could stand and make my order at the drive trough window I was asked to move to wait for my non fresh cold food. We eat Arby's probably 4 times a week. This has severely made me think of not considering Arby's again!!!! 30 dollars for some old cold food.

We used to go here often but not since my husband got a grisley bbq pork sandwhich and it went downhill from there. The lady manager didn't care about the poor product or resolving the issue so he ordered a new sandwhich and she charged him full price. Now he won't hear of going there anymore. Usually the people there were great but 1 bad apple spoiled it. Also they don't take 'corporate" coupons. Tried to reach the owner but link said no longer taking reviews...
