  We don’t go out to eat much and we were excited for a good dinner. We did order takeout but the chips were stale, guacamole was brown, honey chicken was only in the bottom of the burrito so I had to eat it with a fork to try to spread the meat around. Husband for steak and it was cold and salty. Is this what you get for a takeout order? We also tipped on our order. Won’t order again. Too expensive for such a disappointing experience.

  Ordered a burrito and it was cold. Kind of nasty but it was fine. They forgot part of the order, the drink. Upside was they were really fast.

  The employees were really nice and helpful. The only guacamole available was not fresh and was brown.

  If you are a chipotle enjoyer DO NOT come to this location. Found plastic wrap in my guac. Chips are always flavorless here, no salt, no lime juice. When I went to pick up my online order I found queso dried onto my bowl lid and fountain drink cup. I will also mention that my bowl was ridiculous small (even for an online order). Something is definitely going wrong w management. Steak was also very very over cooked and I usually love their steak.

  TOOK 35 MINUTES PAST PICKUP WINDOW TIME TO RECEIVE MY MEAL THAT WAS STILL WRONG! I had Online Order #: FK1-EA3. It had a 15 Minute Window from Order- Making-Complete which would be 8:50pm. I entered the store at 8:49pm. As soon as I entered the store the gentleman who was on the main line asked a customer next to me and I our names. He said he will look. He came right back and said they weren’t done yet. I said no big deal. 5 minutes go by and the cashier comes over and asks my name and the guy again. His is ready and mine is not. She starts cleaning. 5 minutes later she says you’ve been here for a while what’s your name. I said Chris. She said she’d be right back and never came back to me. 10 minutes goes by and she grabs another Togo order for another women who walks in. Then another gentleman walks in and he gets his as well. Now the guy who’s in the back comes out and helps the main line which I might add had 2 people in line when I came in….. It’s now 9:10 and I still haven’t gotten my order. Finally around 9:13 I go up to the line and the girl who asked me twice before says, “what’s your name?” For a 4th time I finally said my name to someone in the building. She walks back and goes “oh here’s your order”. 35 Minutes PAST pickup window in a dead restaurant is not a good look! I get home and guess what…. The order was WRONG! I asked for Extra Sour Cream, Corn and Cheese. I got extra Rice and maybe 8 pieces of Steak. A dust of Sour Cream and the guacamole wasn’t even half filled! $14 for 35 minutes cold and WRONG! Won’t be coming back for a while!
