I come here almost every day on my lunch break, and every single time I waste a huge part of my break because only one person is preparing the food. How is it acceptable to have one person handling a long line during lunch rush? If you can’t provide fast service during your busiest hours, you need to fix your staffing. I’m tired of losing my lunch break waiting for food.

Seeing that line never shrink can be demoralizing, but they never complained and were friendly at the counter. The food was fresh and the portions were fantastic and generous. The best Chipotle I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back.

At 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, I was still waiting to order after 10 min. I left and went to Panera next door, so I can't say anything about the food itself.

We did order takeout but the chips were stale, guacamole was brown, honey chicken was only in the bottom of the burrito so I had to eat it with a fork to try to spread the meat around. Husband for steak and it was cold and salty. Is this what you get for a takeout order? We also tipped on our order. Won’t order again. Too expensive for such a disappointing experience.
