  The service was disorganized. They workers couldn't remember what they were making. The food was average at best. It seems like all Chipotle restaurants are slacking lately.

  These ppl really gave me guacamole cups for the chicken protein cup. They gave me 1. Doesn’t even equal 1 full regular cup. They completely stole from me.

  Went today for take out(9/27 at 3:50pm) first, the service was below standard. I asked for honey vinaigrette as a side for my bowl and they stated they “don’t have that any more” along with honey chicken. It seemed I was an inconvenience rather than a customer just needing a bite to eat. Second, for over 10 dollars a bowl, I’d expect my rice to not taste like the employees dumped a whole gallon of lemon-lime juice in it. Completely not edible except for the steak. The fajitas were extremely salty. The rice was absolutely disgusting and I expect way more from this location. After craving this all week and for receiving a bowl that is not edible, i will be looking elsewhere or to another location all together. The bowl made its way straight to the trash, so I paid over 10 dollars for 7 bites of steak.

  Ok so I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for over 8 years now. It’s always good, but today was something different. I ordered my food and ate off to the side like always. I sat back and watched the workers today like an old man and what I watched was something I wanted to compliment them on. The frontline workers KK and KT were so great and patient with everyone that came through. Always happy. Always helpful. Smile on faces. The work ethic and customer service really stood out in the best way possible. The food was great like always. The entire team was great from the cashier to the cook to the GM, Emma. Which speaking of, her leadership and customer service are really really good. Highly highly recommend this location over all others in the area. Excellent food and great customer service.

  I can overlook the prep station being unkempt and the grill not being cleaned properly, with leftover burnt food on it. I understand that restaurants get busy. What I cannot overlook is how I heard an employee, Owen, speaking to another female employee. She was working the line and asked him to grab something from the kitchen so she could keep the line moving. Instead of helping, he made her leave the line to get it herself, which slowed the line down. After she walked away, I heard him speaking negatively about her. The employee appeared to completely shut down, and honestly, it gave me the impression that this may not have been the first time she had been treated that way. That is not okay. Regardless of whether Owen is a manager, supervisor, or coworker, employees should be treated with basic respect. Lastly, there was a very strong smell of marijuana coming from the area where customers were checking out. What someone chooses to do on their own time is their business, but smelling marijuana inside a workplace is not acceptable and creates a very unprofessional environment. I hope management takes these concerns seriously. The cleanliness issues are one thing, but how employees treat one another and maintaining a professional workplace are much more important.
