- KPKatie Porach1 day ago1.0I used to always love this place but my experience today was not good. We had ordered at the speaker, when apparently the headset was dying. The lady gave me attitude when she asked if I could come to the window to complete my order. I ordered 3 pints, a cup with 2 scoops, and an order of their mozzarella sticks. They told me it would take 15 minutes and I needed to come inside….okay! as I went inside she scooped my ice cream and gave it to me right away. I thought it was odd since I had 10 minutes left on my food and I didn’t want my ice cream to melt. Then as I’m waiting, a young man was complaining about how this is the worst job and worst day to work. I fully understand every job has its days, but I’m sure there were children overhearing it as well. I then received my mozzarella sticks…..just see the photo below. They were disgusting and had a weird aftertaste to them. overall just a really crappy experience today. I’ve been going here for about 13 years now, I would hate to see it go downhill :(
- KLKrissy LeeAug 27, 20261.0Last 3 times I went here they managed to screw up the order, then give me attitude because they have to remake it.it's really not that hard, to not add whip cream when asked.staff are rude, and could care less to make your order properly.
- AAAmy AguilarAug 15, 20265.0Super delicious ice cream and very friendly staff! I especially love that Z’s supports and provides opportunities for people with disabilities. It makes supporting a local business like this even more special. Definitely worth a visit!

- KKKaren KronanderAug 8, 20265.0This place is amazing. Not only is the ice cream hand made and VERY creamy, but the entire place was clean. The girls working the counter were very welcoming and eager to help. Definitely we will be back. Oh did I mention their hearty helpings.
