  Wonderful pizza, wonderful delivery guy!!! The store called to let us know some of what we ordered was out of stock and if we'd like to sub. We just got credited what we didn't get. Very happy with our order.

  I posted about things not changing and twice I've placed an order and they were closed before 11 which is the hours on google, I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau maybe they can figure out how to fix it. All the younger people that work there are immature and very unprofessional. You have ample google reviews about the issues going on and still nothing being done. I don't want to hear you're sorry just fix the problem.

  I placed a delivery order over the phone at 6:08pm on a Wednesday evening. The store said it would be 35-40 minutes. Totally normal. 7:25pm rolls around and I call the store to ask about my order. The lady on the phone then tells me that the store is closed and there is nothing they can for me. This location is open until 11pm and THE STORE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I will never order from here again.

  I placed an order from this store that included cinnabons. These arrived with no frosting on them, bone dry. I called the store's number to complain. The person who answered said that he was with a central ordering line and had to transfer me to the store directly. I held for 10 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back. They again transferred me to the store and I held for 10 minutes with no answer. I called the number back to issue a complaint about the store and was told that I needed to reach out to corporate and was provided with a phone number. When I called the phone number, I received a recording telling me that that was not an in-service number. I looked up the number online and it was a different phone number. I called that number where a greeting identified it as Pizza Hut corporate service and told me that if I was reporting a customer experience that I needed to contact the restaurant directly. These people seem to do anything they possibly can to avoid negative feedback and criticism. I would not order from here again.
