- TBTonia BookerApr 15, 20262.04/25/26 - at 9:25pm attempted to go through the drive through. However, the line was so long. It continued into the street near the Sam's Club. So I decided to go in the store only to realize the doors were locked. And as I tapped on the window to see if they were really closed, because the sign on the windows stated that the inside closed at 10pm ...everyone ignored my tapping, and didn't even have the decency to turn around, acknowledge me and at least indicate that only the drive through was open. I thought this was very rude.

Made people wait 30+ Minutes people "attempting" to help them, was handing out wrong orders to people. Most unprofessional location ever, will never stop here ever again. For reference, we had placed an order at 6am for pick up at 7:30am we arrived right around the pick up time. They had a mobile/online order place inside the building with nothing there, refused to help us as we stood by it only to be told we had to wait in line even though we had an online order. Only for them to barely be helping the people in line as multiple people were already fed up with how long they had to wait to get their order or place an order. Multiple employees asked us our name and then proceeded to walk away and do nothing, why ask if you aren't going to do anything? Almost TWO hours after we had already placed our order it was 8:03 when I finally got my order and they were missing an entire box of donuts still. The most unprofessional location ever, if I was the manager ALL of them would have been fired that day from the pure lack of respect and lack of service they provided that day.
