He just looks so miserable and he is waiting on me to order, but didnt ask me what would you like today or anything. My little sister was happy to order herself but he kept rolling his eyes. This happened around the afternoon. Do better Krispy Kreme.

- JPJim PendergraftJun 15, 20261.0Don't usually leave negative reviews for anything..but kinda hacked right now...it is 637 am on Monday...drove with my son 16 hours from Oklahoma city to help him move for his new job fresh out of college..got in about 3 hours ago and he is sleeping for a bit before we start doing everything. I stayed up SPECIFICALLY to suprise him when he wakes up here in a bit since it's his birthday today and I had asked him what he wanted for his birthday..half jokingly he said some Krispy Kreme doughnuts would be great...walked in the store seeing donuts on the conveyer belt and smelling good thinking me getting no sleep after the long drive would be worth it to surprise him...went in about 15 minutes ago ,approximately 615 a.m. to be told by the lady behind the counter it would be about 15 minutes to wait..the case was empty!! She said she was running behind because she had to clean the case this morning and she was late. My fault, my bad was her words..they were ready, but she had to fill the case..I don't understand if they are all ready..why can't I just get some boxed up and go???guess that's not a great idea..told her about my drive and son turns 23 today and my stupid story..her only reply was...sorry, she'd hurry if I wanted to wait about 10 min...I'm kinda confused here..and by the way...display case was filthy as heck..hadn't been cleaned..very bummed and a bit pissed..still don't understand why I couldn't just get them boxed up from the roll around carts that she was going to fill that case up with anyway..guessing if you don't care enough to be on time to do your job and run the business, you must not want to sell product anyway..CRAZY..guess I should have slept.
