He literally just took out some ice and left my drink at 80% full. I can’t imagine this is their standard practice lol He was personally nice, but honestly I think it’s more understandable if he gave me a poker face and fulfill the request properly.

- MMMulkiJul 25, 20261.0I ordered a small matcha with cold foam, but it came half empty with barely any cold foam? It’s already a small drink, so this was disappointing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely don’t understand how anyone thought it was okay to serve it like that.
