  I’m so excited there’s a Dunkin in Hilliard, we don’t have to drive to west broad anymore! The drive through is fast and my latte was perfect! Staff is so efficient and friendly.

  Don’t go inside, service is slow as heck. No one even came to the counter so I walked out. Also, this may be well known, but don’t get the hash browns, total waste of money. Below is the entire hash brown package I received. Other than that it’s fine.

  Start off with the good info. Place is very clean. But thats it. The worst service I have ever had at any quick service. Got three donuts thrown in a bag and literally dropped on the counter. Made a huge mess in the bag. Asked for a milk and said we cant sale it if its not in the bottle she thought. Because they were out of bottled milk. So we then said can you ask since she wasnt sure if she could sale it in a cup. Came back passed off even more. Worst Dunkin. Rather spend money elsewhere. Also gave her a 20% tip before we even got anything. Next time wait till you are actually given service.

  My husband and I visit this location often, and we're always greeted with a friendly smile from the manager, Amanda, and her staff. It's clear that Amanda is a great leader, as it shows in the way the store is run. The team is welcoming, professional, and consistently provides excellent customer service. We always enjoy our visits and appreciate the positive atmosphere she and her staff create.

  I usually don't leave reviews like this but I will not be going back here. Everything we ordered was not good, it was a waste of money. The vanilla bean coolattas tasted like I was drinking milk with ice, the hash browns were not fully cooked, the breakfast sandwich was nasty and the apple crumble donut had way too much filling and not enough crumble. We go to the Dunkin on W broad all the time and never had any issues. Going back wasn't an option because my baby started to cry and wasn't feeling well so we just went home.
