Nikki was our waitress and really took care of us! Thank you so much, it was really busy and she checked on us constantly and made sure our drinks were full!

One vr game. Over $250 for food and games for 5 people. Waitress gave herself a $25 tip without my consent. Didn't have to wait long for anything. Food was ok and not skimpy. $8 chocolate shake was in a kid's cup, made with crushed ice. Place was loud with tons of flashing lights. A couple of games weren't working, including 1/2 of the vr game, but that didn't spoil the fun. I played 5 or 6 games with the $10 card.

I’m actually surprised D&B has managed to stay in business. First the games. They’re good games. Lots of fun. But can get down right expensive if you don’t go on their half price days. I don’t think I’ve ever really visited on days that weren’t half price. Prizes? Honestly it’s stuff you can find cheaper at stores if you really want it. So there’s no real benefit to winning tickets. Their remodeled look is very nice. It’s more opened up and brighter. So that’s a huge improvement. Food? It’s good. Just a bit overpriced. Service? It’s the weakest part of the restaurant. Takes awhile for them to take order. Took like over 10 minutes just to get drinks. Then took like over 30 minutes to get food. Which when we did get food it got delivered to the wrong table. And I felt sorry for that table. I’m still wondering if they ever got food. We got our food, ate, paid for it and that table was still waiting for food to come out. Guess I’ll come back in a year…just like this last time…to see if they’ve improved anything.

The food and our waiter were the nicest part about a visit here. Walking in, we ordered our game chips on the screen. We walked to the seating stand, and waited 10+ minutes before we were even acknowledged with 3 people standing there. Our waiter was dogged in front of us and the entire room by the crappy manager. Playing the games, there was trash everywhere. The bathroom had toilet paper all over every stall, and into the gaming area. Games were breaking while playing them, turning off without warning. The music was so loud on the games and general ambiance that my head was hurting. I couldn’t hear my husband standing an inch away from me. While sitting at the bar, we were ignored by 3 people, the manager included. We sat for 10 minutes before walking away, without ordering drinks. When going to cash in our tickets earned, we waited another 10+ minutes before being helped. Adding salt to the wound… the $60 unlimited card has a ticket cap of 1500. An airhead bar costs 630 tickets. We used our collective tickets earned to purchase a moon lamp for 2600 tickets, and it’s not connected to anything to hold it in place on the mount. Edited to add: Guest relations called and offered free chips to use at a different location if we’d like. They offered to replace/exhange/refund the lamp, and said they’d reach out to the store to correct behaviors there.

I arrived 15 minutes early, but the hostess did not know where the party room was located for my event. I understand that small delays happen, but after waiting for a while, I was still unaware of who my party host was. I kept seeing a Black woman in the area and finally asked if she was the party hostess. She responded, “Yes, I am,” but there was no introduction or effort to make me feel welcomed. For the amount of money I spent, I expected the host to be prompt, attentive, and communicative. Since it was a small party and a small group, our needs were not extensive, but even the simple requests we had were not handled with urgency or care. The package included unlimited drinks, but the children only received two rounds of drinks, and there was a significant wait each time. The host did not acknowledge the delay, and I had to step in and communicate with the children myself. We were also unsure when the food would arrive, and it came out unexpectedly without any communication. We had to create our own timeline for singing “Happy Birthday” and cutting the cake. I was informed that the cake could not be refrigerated because it was a restaurant and they could only store restaurant items. However, I had a very expensive cake that needed to remain refrigerated until serving, so it sat out for almost two hours before I was able to cut it. I also requested condiments for my chicken bites platter and only received two small sauce containers. These were simple requests, but they were met with a lack of urgency, communication, and customer service. It felt like we had to initiate every interaction instead of receiving the level of attention expected for a hosted party. There was also a tall blonde woman walking around the party area frequently, making her presence known. She never introduced herself, even though she provided me with the game cards and party bag for the birthday child. However, she was quick to provide the final receipt for my party. I had a total of five children, including the birthday child, and I am unsure why I was charged for 10 children. For nearly $500, the experience did not feel worth the cost, and unfortunately, I would not recommend a birthday party here based on the lack of communication, attentiveness, and overall customer experience.
