  They should really update their web info. We drove a couple hours specifically to play pool. The website said they have pool tables. However, their employees said they were removed 4 years back.

  The food is amazing! The servers are great as well....but why don't we have a dessert for birthdays for free? Alot of places do that, I was a little disappointed that Dave's does not.

  They’re not very good at giving you the perks included with D&B rewards. You really have to advocate for yourself with management to get the freebies promised. Understaffed… always lots of broken games …the breaking point was the waitress kept my “60 days unlimited play” card I had just bought when taken to verify the free dessert coupon …so now I have to try to get it re-issued next time I’m in! As my kids might say… low-key sus. Still my kids favorite Wednesday activity but it’s getting so pricey I’m not sure we will continue this “membership”

  Completely and total fail on the pet of their staff. Went in for lunch and to spend some fun time with my daughter. There was not a single employee visible as we entered the place. So we seated ourselves at the bar. We waited 10 min at the bar and not a single employee was visible. We got up and walked around for several minutes before ever seeing an employee and asking them if there were any wait staff. The bartender or whatever her job was then very slowly walked into the bar and finally gave us some menus. She never asked for a drink order or even offered a water while we looked over the menu. She turned and promptly walked strait into the back kitchen area and disappeared again for another 10 min. That was the final straw. We left hungry and frustrated.

  Bringing home my food knowing I’m not going to eat it. Let’s start with we stood for about 8 minutes without being seated, now the waitress was nice. She got everything correct BUT I got the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo and I am allergic to shrimp so I asked if it was possible to get it with chicken. She asked management and they said yes, what she failed to tell me that it would be a $4.50!!!!!! Upcharge making my pasta $27!!!!!! For it being mediocre at best, greasy and bland and then an upcharge for an allergy and not being told. Insane oh and to add we got garlic bread added with all of our pastas and they tasted like great value freezer burnt bread. Four of us ordered pasta none of us finished it. Or liked it.
