Got sat, waited, another table got sat and attended on first, and we still didn’t get even our drink order in. Been to multiple DnB and this was just an odd visit. Pregnant and just wanted wings and fries 🥲

Went at 8pm on Saturday. The server never came to even get our drink order. The Batman ignored us when we tried to order at the bar. It was not even busy. Will never return.

We took the family here for a little outing and had a blast. The employee who helped us get set up with our game card was super, super kind and welcoming. We went on a Sunday, which is half-price game day. Such an awesome bonus! Honestly, we have zero complaints. It was a really fun time and we'll definitely be back.

The manager that helped us when one of the games wouldn't work properly not only fixed the game but he took the time to explain it to my 2 daughters and to make sure they had a good experience he comped them another game so they could get the true feeling knowing how to play it. We will be back when we are in town again.

If you go early on a weekday when it's empty, know that the servers will be so lazy that they will sit you next to the kitchen. You don't really have an option to sit anywhere else. Service was extremely mediocre but the only reason we stayed was because our toddler was looking forward to having some fun. Next time, skip the food and just go there for the drinks and games.
