  Me and my friends went to dairy queen for a sweet treat. we were very excited and had no bad prior experiences. We walk in and immediately the atmosphere was off. My friend paid and ordered a regular fries and a milkshake. Then she tried to order me and my friend two small blizzards. They said her card wouldn’t work and she tried to scan it and they claimed that it declined. We come outside and all of a sudden she sees on her card that they charged her 5 $. She went inside and tried to tell them that they charged her $5 and they just told her to get out. This is very unethical and everyone here is very unprofessional.

  Ran in a manner reminiscent of a call center asking if you want an extended warranty. Everything was good until the order was placed. Both blizzards weren’t really blended, just looked like a cup of soft serve. Then as soon as we walked out the assumed manager locked the doors at 8:35 and left the open sign on. The store closes at 9:00……. So we proceed to watch people angrily walk away from the locked door with on open sign and customers still inside the store. Not returning again.

  today i went with my friend to get ice cream were teenagers, we ordered and left and my friend immediately dropped her cone while getting her keys, it was her birthday so i told her to not worry about it and id pay, even though i don’t have the money.. i went in and laughed and said i dropped it right outside, the guy said it was my fault turned around and made the cone.. when something like this has happened at any place i’ve worked at i’ve always been super understanding and gave them what they got for free .. ? the guy was older, i’ve seen him before , he’s probably a manager and im sure he won’t get any talked to or anything at all for this .
