We should not have to stand there for 20 minutes to get somebody’s attention to get our order or going forward, we will walk behind the counter and get our food. This place was also a filthy and I can’t believe People even order food from this place

There is one middle aged female who I assume to be a manager that needs a lesson in hospitality and people skills. She is also the worst when it comes to shorting portion size.
- MSMadison SunderlandAug 30, 20261.0What the actually heck chipotle. Pls go to any chipotle other than the one off Fishinger blvd. It is one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. They are either out of ingredients (I’m not talking EOD, I’m talking every single time I go there whether it’s noon or 6p), chips are stale, or they half-ass your order. Every single time I’ve gone it’s been a major disappointment. Please go anywhere else and you’ll have a better experience. My partner went once an hour before closing, doors were locked & employees were still in the building with no intent or notice on the door of any early closing. My guac only being filled half full was my last straw. This sh*t is not cheap and I expect to get what I pay for. Do better or hire employees that care a smidge about their job.
