  Closed 10 minutes earlier than posted, locked doors and all. Told to leave when we arrived. Not returning obviously. Don’t post hours if you’re just you going to close whenever you feel like it, honestly. Never had this issue at any Cava before, in any other city or state.

  Jordan was absolutely amazing! I came in earlier in the week because my kiddo had this when she stayed with her friend and she wanted a kids meal so I came in and got it and she ate most of it, but I ate the rest. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it so I came back today to get my own and I’m telling Jordan it was a manager about this and I get to the cashier register area and he says you know what let me put this on us today thank you for coming all the way from Bexley and being a customer I was so surprised I’ve had a very tumultuous week and for this to happen at the beginning of the weekend really just made a big difference in my attitude today and I think you so much. I hope you see this Jordan you’re great. Please don’t ever change. And whoever is above him, this man needs a raise . Keep him it’ll cost.

  I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Darryll and Alejandro! They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their customer service was excellent, and they made sure everything was prepared perfectly. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about the customers. Great job, Darryll and Alejandro—thank you for the wonderful service!

  Upon entry greeted accordingly. The manager on duty at time. Something with a J) was very helpful in assisting me with my order as it was my first time here. 7/21/26. Evening. The place was clean and he made sure our tables were clean before we were seated. I enjoyed my food and visit. I will be back.

  Tried CAVA for the first time in Jersey City and loved it so much that I was excited to see they opened a location right here in Hilliard, Ohio. Tried this one too and it did not disappoint — same great quality, now close to home. I built a bowl loaded with grilled chicken, pickled red onions, tomato and onion salsa, roasted corn, shredded cabbage slaw, and a mix of fresh toppings. Every component was packed with flavor and the portions were generous. The food here is consistently fresh and well balanced whether you're in New Jersey or Ohio — that consistency says a lot about the brand. The space itself is beautifully designed too. A modern, warm interior with a striking olive tree centerpiece, comfortable seating, and a clean open kitchen layout. The menu board makes it easy to customize your bowl exactly how you want it, from the chef curated options to fully build your own. Having CAVA now in Hilliard is a great addition to the Columbus area dining scene. Fresh, flavorful, fast casual done right. Highly recommend, and excited this is now a local option.
