  We tried CAVA in South Carolina last year and my mom felt like the food just wasn't for her, but she briefly changed her mind after someone from our church picked up practice bowls for our potluck a few days before this location opened. Most of my family is vegan, so their options were already limited, and they were told they couldn't add lentils as a protein substitute for the kids' meals. We still ended up paying an upcharge, and between the bowls and drinks it came out to about $50, which was frustrating. Other than that, the quality of the food hasn't really changed since the last time we ate here. Here’s hoping the Polaris location gives us a better experience🤞

  Cava is a new Mediterranean fast food chain open in Columbus. Everything tasted fresh with a variety of items. Service was amazing. Samples were provided. WiFi was fast. The marinated lamb was juicy but tasted mediocre. I ordered the spicy chicken which was a little overcooked with a low spicy level. I liked their tomato salads, corn, and garlic dressing. The beverages were various but too sweet or weird to me. Cava definitely has great food choices of Mediterranean dishes, but my personal feeling is that Brassica is the best in Columbus.

  It was very good I had the double glazed salmon bowl. I added the red tomato paste and when I got home some ranch. I also got the peta chips. I was expecting them to be hard and crunchy but they were like soft bread bites with some type of lime seasoning so those were really good as well. But it was also on the pricier side I wouldn't recommend adding add ons i spent almost $50 for just me and my sister. I don't like that you have to pay for dip for the chips too. But overall it's a really good spot to go to if you don't mind the price.

  Food was good Organized flow Only complaint is the employee named ny’qia (Or something similar) is very rude!! She could really benefit from some interpersonal/customer service training. The family in front of me asked her a few questions, and she was very bothered. She responded with silence and a dead glaring look, which made the interaction uncomfortable to watch. Don’t think she’s well-suited for a customer-facing position AT ALL. That said, every other employee was delightful and friendly.

  I ordered online, and pulled up to the mobile drive through. They told me it was just going to be a couple of minutes and gave me a drink while I waited. After about 15 minutes, they asked me to pull into a spot in the parking lot. After sitting in this spot in the parking lot for about 10 mins, someone came out and asked me to remind them of the name on the order. I told them my name and he went back inside. Since then, I have been sitting here for another THIRTY minutes and no one has come out with my food. I am extremely frustrated and leaving. I understand this location is new, but this does not excuse completely ignoring online orders. I was trying to be patient, but it got ridiculous as I watched tens of customers walk inside, be helped and then leave with still no one helping with my order. If this location cannot handle mobile orders, then they should not be offering it plain and simple.
