  They best place i could have went to for price quality and cleanliness. They are so welcoming when you enter the building, the atmosphere is amazing and the food just complements it all. If you are in the Columbus area, you might as well skip chipotle and come right here save you and your family Money and get a taste of this amazing food.

  The ladies working Saturday at 11:00 are great!!! I've always had a great experience at your location. Not so good at other locations. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!

  Bibibop is hands down one of the best quick meals I’ve had in a while. The food was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything felt perfectly balanced and satisfying. On top of that, the staff was amazing—fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

  I get Bibibop all the time, probably 2-3 times per week. Every store I visit allows me to get white rice and purple rice and then a small amount of the noodles as a “hot topping.” I do this all the time at multiple different locations and it is never a problem. I tried out this location today and they told me that’s not allowed. They did it this time but insisted that they would not do it again for me. I get that there are technical rules, but also customer satisfaction matters. They seem to care more at this location about profits than customer satisfaction. Might be the best move to just go to a different store.
