  I'm a 15 year old who works In the fast food chain and I'm giving honest opinions, Place is amazing, employees are great, drinks taste nice, but I'm just gonna give a little bit of feedback for customers, if you like cookies and cream ice cream I don't really reccomend the cookies and cream milkshake, it doesn't taste like cookies and cream in my opinion but you can do whatever you want!😊 first time I ordered the brew lagoon there was too much ice, so the 2nd time I got the brew lagoon I asked the dude if I could get light ice and that I'd pay extra for it I don't know if he heard me because whenever I got my drink it had extra ice where I couldn't put my straw into the cup cause there was just too much. The 3rd time I made sure to ask again for light ice the girl was nice about it and made sure to give light ice but it is an uncharge for those wondering. The drink did have light ice so no hate I don't really care about the extra ice thing, the guy probably didn't hear me just check and make sure, but yeah the place is nice employees are always nice and they always deserve tips!!

  Great place to get coffee, lots of choices, lots of options, bigger cups of coffee Their large cup is Trenta size (SBUX) and is cheaper. My Favorite: Irish Blonde with Almond milk, sugar free Irish cream, sugar free vanilla as I am Diabetic, lot of sugar free creamer and syrup options. Pros (Above) Cons - always packed and stacked @ drive through have had to wait up to 25min to get through drive thru. Well worth the wait but plan accordingly.

  I was a very loyal customer visiting almost every day. After today, I will not be coming back. It is completely unacceptable to wait in line for over 20 minutes, only to have the staff ignore the order and serve customers who arrived after me. There was only one employee around 9 PM, with two lines of cars, and she kept focusing on one line while leaving the other waiting with no acknowledgment. Instead of managing the situation properly, she was laughing and chatting with customers as if no one else was waiting. This level of unprofessional behavior is very frustrating. On a previous visit, I also dealt with a young employee who showed clear annoyance toward me, possibly because my accent is not fully American. That is not acceptable in any customer service setting. This used to be my favorite coffee place, but after these experiences, I will not return. I strongly suggest management pays closer attention to staff behavior and customer service standards before losing more loyal customers.

  Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. The staff seemed rushed and came off as disrespectful, like they didn’t have time to properly take my order when i was the only car along with one other car. The manager (she had braids) was especially rude. I will say, the girl at the window who was wearing a hijab was kind and patient while helping fix my order, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the drinks were made incorrectly, they tasted like just water and syrup. Not a good experience overall. EDIT; Why the HELL is my water from the bunn machine, this is insanity AND UNSANITARY.

  Server and order clerk were both very pleasant and quick, but this weird no-menu, person with a tablet taking our order is one of the worst experiences when it comes to getting coffee. I don’t want to get on my phone to look at a menu. Just put one up. Sadly this chickfila style doesn’t work and the “coffee” (way too sweet) isn’t worth the extra steps and the awkwardness of ordering.
