  I visit this location nearly everyday. It is the best stand I’ve found in the city as far as consistency and urgency/organization. However my last few visits have been very unpleasant. There is an employee, perhaps a manager, in the morning named Brie/Bree that is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tuesday morning she was screaming at the top of her lungs at these young kids working in the stand. Very unprofessional and honestly it was hard to watch. Additionally the bees or wasps really are out of control. The employees are getting stung, the bees are coming in the customers cars and drinks. I asked the employees what they’re doing about it and they said “nothing”. That is just unacceptable. I hope the upper management or stand owners see this and get it together.

  I’ve been to the 7 Brew on Georgesville Road in Columbus multiple times, and unfortunately my last two visits have been frustrating. Both times, there were employees working the two drive-thru lanes. After the employee finished taking the order from the car directly in front of me, they looked in my direction and then walked over to the other lane instead of coming to take my order. I ended up having to pull all the way up to the register/window just to place my order. Having this happen once could be an oversight, but having it happen on my last two visits makes it feel like I’m being intentionally skipped. That’s especially disappointing because I continue coming back to this location. On top of that, I received a text from 7 Brew saying that because Ohio State scored 7 points in the first quarter, participating locations were offering BOGO FREE drinks “TODAY ONLY.” When I asked a team member about the promotion, I was told it was for Sunday. The text clearly says “TODAY ONLY,” so that was confusing and frustrating as well. I normally enjoy 7 Brew, which is why I keep coming back, but the customer service and communication at this location need to be more consistent. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being skipped in the drive-thru, and employees should have accurate information about promotions that 7 Brew is actively texting to customers.

  I used to loveeee this 7 brew. I go almost every day. But the last week everytime ive gone with my s/o they keep getting something wrong like wrong size, missing cold foam, wrong drink entirely (which ive worked in food so I dont care about) but they are soooo mean now when we say something is wrong. I won't be going to this one anymore I dont know what changed :(

  I don’t know why I struggle so much ordering here. I never know what to get since they come straight to your car instead of you looking at a menu and they have almost too many options😅 I love a good latte but dang are these ones sweet and taste nothing like coffee, I’ve even asked for less sweet and extra shots. Everyone is always super nice. Their reward program is weird.

  Today me and my girlfriend went to your store around 4pm, and you were advertising free need dohs with 2 medium drinks. From 7-7, mutually we were very upset that they were sold out. I think it is very shameful that you can advertise something as popular as this, and not be prepared to serve the customers with what they want. Me and her are both recurring customers and enjoy drinks there quite often. Despite being upset that you were sold out, we still got 6 drinks. And on top of that we were given a small cut up, card board box and not even a drink carrier.
