The food was good, but the billing and customer service experience was extremely disappointing. My bill should have been $88, but I was charged $130, an overcharge of $42. I contacted the restaurant and already sent them pictures of the bill and proof of the incorrect charge. They told me they would look into it and issue a refund. However, it has been a week, and I still haven’t received my money. When I called again today to follow up, they seemed to have forgotten about my refund and directed me to another phone number. I contacted them again, but I still haven’t received any response. Mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to spend a week chasing a refund after providing clear proof. I hope management takes this seriously, processes my $42 refund, and improves its customer service. The food was good, but this billing experience has seriously affected my overall impression of the restaurant.

Food: 10/5 Service: 2.5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Let me start off by saying... The food was phenomenal. We all enjoyed what we ordered and I am not new to Indian food. However, the service was abysmal. Our server was pleasant when we saw her. I had to flag her down or go talk to her at the bar, the food came out at different times (no appetizers, but that's the kitchen), She forgot all 3 beverages that we ordered, and we had to find her to get the check/take out boxes. There were, at the most 5 tables occupied while we were there, 3 servers plus the bartender, and manager. They were not overwhelmed. I don't judge places on one visit and especially when the food was so good. I hope they get the service side smoothed out, because we definitely want to try more off their menu. Oh, and put some ice in the water.

We decided to try this newly opened location because we’ve been to their Downtown Cleveland restaurant before, and we’ve always really enjoyed the food there. Because of that, we had high expectations for this location. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very different. We visited around 1:30 PM on a Sunday, and the restaurant was very quiet, with only about three tables occupied, including ours. We ordered a substantial amount of food, and our total came to $291, including tax and gratuity. We understand that a new restaurant may have some growing pains, and we wanted to give it a fair chance. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering how much we spent. The service was quite slow even though the restaurant was not busy, and we waited a long time for our food. They did provide water when we asked, but no one came back to check on us or offer refills, so we had to ask again when needed. No one came by during the meal to ask how the food was or whether everything was okay. One server was clearly trying hard, which we appreciated, but overall, the service was not what we expected for a $291 bill. The food was also inconsistent. The Chana Masala was very bland and lacked flavor. We ordered Gobi Manchurian and noodles, and the noodles were extremely watery, almost like they had just come straight from boiling water. Some of the chicken dishes were also not spicy at all, and we had to send some of them back. Overall, several dishes were missing the flavor and seasoning we’ve come to expect from their Downtown Cleveland location. We really hope things improve as this location gets established. We’re giving this feedback because we’ve enjoyed their food at the Downtown Cleveland location and would love to see the same quality here. Unfortunately, for a $291 bill, this experience was not worth the price. We came expecting the same quality we’ve had at their Cleveland location, but left quite disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on both the food and service.

Our experience here was a bit lackluster overall. It started with noticing that the name and some of the décor from the previous restaurant were still present. We understand they were eager to open, but it seemed like an easy oversight that should have been addressed. We were seated quickly and did like the new booth seating and chairs. However, we were overwhelmed by the number of TVs left around the restaurant & bar, all playing the same music videos. We understand they aren’t showing sports, but having 10+ TVs playing the exact same thing felt like a lot. It would be better to remove some of the TVs or use them for something different (like pictures of the food). Our hostess initially said she would be back in a few minutes to place our order, which was fine, but another server came over and took our order. Our samosas came out quickly and were one of the highlights of the meal. The chutney was especially flavorful, with a great sweet-and-spicy combination. For our entrées, we ordered butter masala, paneer, and chicken tikka masala. We were asked about our preferred spice level and chose medium. The chicken tikka masala came out first, but it was surprisingly bland and had very little spice. The butter masala had a slightly better flavor and some spice, but was still somewhat bland for what we expected from an Indian restaurant. We were also disappointed by the amount of chicken and paneer in the entrées. The chicken tikka masala was a $20 entrée, and we would be surprised if there were more than 4–6 ounces of chicken in it. The rice that came with each entrée was also a surprisingly small portion, especially considering the amount of sauce provided. We also ordered a mango lassi with our meal, but it was forgotten. We had to remind the person who delivered our food—who was not our server—and the lassi eventually came out after both entrées had already been served. I also, had to ask for a water refill which was difficult because as soon as they would drop food off, they were gone quickly after . They were fairly busy for a Saturday evening, but there were no customers waiting for tables and a few tables were empty. Overall, the service felt very inconsistent, with different servers and runners bringing things throughout the meal, having to ask for plates and utensils. Our main server only came back to ask if we needed anything else and to provide the bill - we also had to ask twice for a to-go container Unfortunately, there just wasn’t much about the experience that would make us want to return to this location.

We had 2 adults and a child. The service was some of the slowest that I’ve ever experienced. We were probably there for 2.5 hours for 2 appetizers and 2 main courses. The sprite I got had 0 syrup , and I asked for a ginger ale , and got the same sprite for the same result (lol ). Additionally , as we sat for forever , 20 minutes later a party of 4 came shortly after and they were much more attentive because they ordered alcoholic beverages. ( Please note on the mocktails , there is a drink that has a syrup with alcohol in it , double LOL) The bathroom did not have soap in it. For the cherry on top and I’ll leave you to your own way if you decide to go here. I got so tired of waiting for boxes , I just walked up to the front ( they were not busy ). Waited for 5-10 minutes and asked 3x to get the check. Best part ? I pay , give her my card, and the woman signs for me without my consent and leaves a tip amount without my choice. Never again 😂
