The restaurant was a mess—food left on tables, discarded napkins piled up around the drink station, and floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The employee taking our order clearly appeared to be somewhere else mentally. She barely spoke enough to indicate she was ready to take our order and showed no interest in providing even basic customer service. The cashier managed to ring us up without saying a word. Overall, there was a complete lack of hospitality and customer care. If you’re craving Chipotle, I’d recommend visiting a different location. This restaurant is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and it shows. During our visit, there were very few diners, which wasn’t surprising given the condition of the restaurant and the numerous negative reviews it has received. What is surprising is that, despite the consistent complaints, ownership appears to have taken little or no action to address these issues. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.
