The workers do not seem happy to work there and management does not seem to care how this restaurant operates and this location is always closed, yet you can still order. It seems like the close anytime there is a catering order. We have officially eliminated Chipotle from our order list. Local and authentic has always been better anywway.

Got fruit instead and I kid you not, they were so old and squishy we had to throw them out, so the kids didn't even get a side. Very disappointed.
- NDNico DolciatoSep 16, 20261.0One of if not the most poorly run chipotles in the country, unfortunately this is the closest one to my house and now I drive an extra 10 mins out of the way just to go to a different location. The employees are slow and rude to a point of negligence and will actively have conversations with each other instead of preparing food while there’s a long line of people waiting. Even if there’s no line a trip to this location is still a 10 minute ordeal to get 1 meal. They consistently run out of ingredients by 6:30pm and the whole place is an uncleanly disgusting mess. I write this review after 2+ years of frustration and severe underperformance from this location not just one bad experience but rather an expected experience at this point. I hope a district manager for this area sees this and realizes that with its location it has so much potential.
