  Just ordered wings for the first time here and they’re not even hot, barely even warm. These are not made fresh by any means. They seemed microwaved and the Hawaiian flavor is awful. The ranch is anmazing but I would not order here again. For being a new place, where’s the hot and fresh food at?

  I’ve had wingstop 3 times since they’ve opened. First experience the service was poor, but the wings were outstanding. The 2nd time I decided to have wings delivered on a Friday night. They came quickly, they were still hot and they were outstanding. I stopped in yesterday afternoon and ordered some wings to go and they were also outstanding. So, after 3 visits I would say these are the best wings I’ve ever had!

  Wings were disgusting!!! Lemon pepper is a dry rub and mine were served in a puddle of butter and had no flavor!! Other than that the girl with the red curly hair that was helping us went above and beyond and the rest of the staff literally was on her about every little thing she did like she couldn’t do anything right but she’s what made her experience great because she went be above and beyond for us. The kitchen staff did take quite a bit of time getting our food ready too. And wasn’t very friendly to her that was frustrating to watch it was like mean girls.

  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered food on my way home from work. Btw I work as a nurse so that means 12 hr shifts. I pick it up and head home. I don’t wanna eat without showering so I shower first then go to eat. I have zero ranch in my bag. I ordered $33 worth of food. 25 wings and no ranch. I call the store to tell them just to see if they can credit my account or give me some money back. I am then told I can come back to the store and get the ranch. I said and what eat my food that I just paid for even more cold because I showered before eating because I just worked a 12 hr shift in healthcare then I was told to hold on a second. I am then on hold for 16 mins. Whole time I can hear orders being taken and everything. And then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me. I then call back and I am on hold for 12 mins. Once someone answers me it is the same woman. She then ask me if this was still about the ranch. I said yeah for the second time I’ve called back since someone hung up on me the first time. She then is proceeding to tell me to come back and get the ranch. I told her at this point I’ve already ate and would just like some of the money credited to my account or some of my money credited back to my bank. She said she doesn’t think she can do that. I ask to speak to a manager and she said she is a shift unit something and no manager is available. I said then you should be able to help me. And she told me sorry there’s nothing she can do. I said so what now I just paid for $33 worth of food 25 which was wings and 10 corn and now I can’t even get any of my money back or credited nothing, so what it’s just to bad when you guys mess up and don’t give nothing back in return. To which she just proceeded to say I’m sorry but there is nothing she can do. For a place to be more thank welcome to take your money and not even provide the sauce that is very well known with there food or credit someone back money when they mess up is crazy to me. And to say she don’t know what else to do is crazy to me! Poor service but the food is decent. Moral of the story if you get food to go check your bag or your just out of luck when they forget or mess up your order!

  Why did we even bother getting excited about a new food place in Heath? We drove all the way from Buckeye lake after placing a pickup order only to get home and realize we were only given our fries LOL guess we should’ve checked the bag but we shouldn’t have to check bags… we were given the bag thinking it was our complete order, there was never a mention of another bag. After driving all the way back to Heath to get the food we paid for I absolutely requested our whole order be remade since it’s now old and cold and they only remade the wings.. Manager runs to the bathroom and everyone else is out of sight. I’m fed up at this point and leaving. Wingstop isn’t cheap either.. do better!!! Won’t be eating here again. 😂
