  Worst experience and I've only been here twice. They had 3 groups in tonight and were acting like they were swamped. I had to wait for my order for over 30 minutes in store, and it was 24 minutes overdue for the pickup time. At one point I was told that my order 'just needed bagged' but then the guy walked away instead of bagging and giving me the order. I then sat there and watched it get cold for another 20 minutes as other pickup orders were handed out. The food is good but it's not worth this kind of wait, and the staff need to handle a little pressure better. It's not the end of the world because someone asked you to remake their order because you served them cold chicken. It's your job

  Long wait times and my food was packed in the same container as my partners. I have some serious food sensitives and doing this can really harm someone 0/5

  Absolutely awful waited forever for cold food. All teenagers working waste of 50 dollars. Couldn't even finish it

  It’s like the employees have one speed and that is slow motion. I showed up at my recommended time 15 mins ago and my food is not ready.
