- HLHayden LightleApr 24, 20261.0Ordered nachos and cheese and did not receive the chips but got cheese, ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and received cantina chicken roll up. The nachos fries were not even in the container and just spilled into the bag as if they put them upside down. My gf who picked up the order was there for over 30 minutes going through the drive thru. This is the worst taco bell to go to atleast during 2nd/3rd shift and not the first time I've had issues with them either. Disappointing.

- AKAiden KApr 17, 20261.0I ordered food at 11:13am. There was maybe 5 other customers plus maybe 3 cars in drive when I walked in. Had an entire conversation with a lady who ordered after us almost same amount of food. She got her food five minutes before us. Got our food at 11:37 and the drink was sticky on the outside and the food was super greasy literally dripping. No smiles no apologies for the wait. I wouldn’t complain but this is probably the 3rd or 4th time I’ve waited this long or longer. Also side note parking is terrible the drive thru line blocks you in and there’s a massive 5 foot diameter pot hole that’s about a foot deep.

Not only were items like the new empanadas missing so was the mild sauces I ordered, nacho fries were cold and old you could tell by taste and how the seasoning just broke off, some of them were like rock hard. I called the store and the guy who answered was a manager who not only didn't apologize but brushed me off telling me I needed to contact doordash instead. Where's the professionalism? Where's the quality control?
