  One of the most incompetent fast food places in Heath. Majority of the staff are rude and refuse to move at any pace faster than a snail. Waited 20 mins for a burger, a drink, and some mozzarella sticks.

  Severely understaffed. They gave me an unfinished order and now I'm waiting on the rest of the order. The food is cold. I think they forgot about me. I'm still waiting.

  no reason I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins with no service. yall are open and at the window.

  very rude while taking order, said everything too quick and with a rude tone, was told there was ketchup in the bag already after we asked for ketchup and there was no ketchup in the bag, fries were not hot and were not filled all the way up. good burger but no thank you.
