- SRSophia Rowetoday3.0So I go there everyday while working I go with my individuals who have disabilities and everytime they get made fun of by the blonde boy that works there in the heath store. There coffee is never consistent so I found a way to make it right which is a med iced cold brew 8 caramel 4 cream (no sugar) they all know me by my face and coffee and I go in today and Russell decides that I'm not allowed to get my coffee this way because it's not on the menu and no way to ring in the half original but again if the coffee was consistent and made right I would order it the way I do in zanesville and coshocton (they all no me too) which is only cold brew not h alf and half he approved of me getting my coffee half and half after I started bitching at him which is unacceptable behavior between the both of us but it's like come on I come in everyday and everyone accommodates my coffee to taste right cuz I love there coffee but Russell had to go and say " I do what I'm told by my higher ups and I'm told if it's not on the menu I can't do it" but again all I'm asking for is half cold brew and half original and I even order it the more expensive way. BTW I just wanna throw in the general manager is super nice I love her she always makes sure my coffee is correct and takes care of any problems I may have and if my coffee taste weird she'll remake it for me

As I entered the parking lot and proceeded to the speaker to inform them I arrived, a Black Nissan Altima proceeded to go around me and get in line in front of me. I was appauld this just occured. I see things like this on social media, but NEVER had this happen until today. The lady who jumped the line in front of myself and two other vehicles, was actually an EMPLOYEE who worked there!!!! Instead of being a REGULAR customer after working hours, and waiting in line, she felt ENTITLED enough to jump the line. When she got to the window she was talking shit to her other co-workers who proceeded to laugh at me as I pulled up to get my drink. Russell who answered the phone after asking for a corporate number, said he did not know who she was. I pulled up beside her and confronted her, she began throwing around her shirt saying she worked there and laughed at me. I have worked in Customer serivce for OVER 20 years and have felt I was more entitled to jump line just because I worked somewhere. I waitied IN LINE like a regular customer would. I feel this needs to be addressed. If she has done this today, how many other times has she jumped line when customers are at the speaker just because she worked there. Thank you for your time in this matter.
