- JIJenn IlerAug 15, 20261.0Today I went to your drive thru in Heath, Oh after placing a mobile order. As I entered the parking lot and proceeded to the speaker to inform them I arrived, a Black Nissan Altima proceeded to go around me and get in line in front of me. I was appauld this just occured. I see things like this on social media, but NEVER had this happen until today. The lady who jumped the line in front of myself and two other vehicles, was actually an EMPLOYEE who worked there!!!! Instead of being a REGULAR customer after working hours, and waiting in line, she felt ENTITLED enough to jump the line. When she got to the window she was talking shit to her other co-workers who proceeded to laugh at me as I pulled up to get my drink. Russell who answered the phone after asking for a corporate number, said he did not know who she was. I pulled up beside her and confronted her, she began throwing around her shirt saying she worked there and laughed at me. I have worked in Customer serivce for OVER 20 years and have felt I was more entitled to jump line just because I worked somewhere. I waitied IN LINE like a regular customer would. I feel this needs to be addressed. If she has done this today, how many other times has she jumped line when customers are at the speaker just because she worked there. Thank you for your time in this matter.
