  For how much people spend here, the service is awful. My husband was waiting 20 minutes, after our order was supposed to be done, for anyone to even come talk to him. Said he didn't even see anyone inside. I've gone here 2 times and both experiences were bad. The second time was a doordash order. They forgot to put half of our order in the bag and my husband had to drive and pick it up. Get some people that care and respect other peoples time and money. Won't be going back!

  Ordered online and showed up when my food was ready. Wife and kid waiting in the truck. Took 30 more min to get my food, and then they forgot my kids drink. Place wasn't even that busy. I was first to show up to the counter and 8 other people came and went with their orders before I got mine.

  I am sitting at the restaurant now been at our table for 20 mins waiting on them to ask if I need a drink and what kind. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Every time I come here I end up spending over $150. I do expect a good service which they have not provided.

  We waited for exactly 2 hours for our food and still never received it! It was the worse experience we have ever had! The new manager was terrible! We asked him to check on our order an hour after we ordered and he never got back with us! He has no business being a manager…didn’t even help the bar service…Erica is the best, but she can’t do it by herself! Especially with a 40 table that called in..probably should have rented the room instead of sitting in the bar area! So disappointed in our experience tonight!

  We actually called an HOUR ahead of time after our baseball tournament and let them know of how many people were gonna be in our party. We got sat right away, which was good, but then ALL of us had to wait at least an hour for drinks an hour for our appetizers an hour for napkins an hr to even order & I myself had to get constant refills for the kids on our team and then another hour to get our meals Nothing was consistent almost everything was WRONG or cold. No one came to check on us. No one asked us how we were doing one server for a party of 30. Nothing was consistent. Nothing was right and all we waited legitimately 4 hours for everything that we had ordered! (No exaggeration!) THEN managers had the audacity to tell us that we were being ridiculous, disrespectful, and that if we didn’t change our tones, they were going to call the cops on us. Everyone was incredibly dissatisfied incredibly upset tired exhausted pretty much over everything! luckily all of us got our meal for free, (which tbh they lost out on probably over $500 cuz they wanted rid screw everything up BAD) but that is not the point! Whyy was our dinner experience so aggravating for absolutely NO REASON?! most definitely THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE !! Highly highly DO NOT recommend coming here ever again!! PLEASE Save your money Save your time & go to ROOSTERS instead ! Least your food & service will be sufficient & consistent there!!
