  Kameron at the Heath, OH location is our favorite! He always has a huge smile on his face and makes a point that he knows us by car. As always the coffees are always great too.

  I've gone to 7 brew since they have opened in Newark ohio then this location in Heath ohio was the second one opened! Absolutely love it's close to my home now :) Today I stopped and kameron was the one took my order he was great and always has been and gave me a whole sticker sheet, 😜🥰

  Huge thank you to 7 Brew for treating the staff at Carson Elementary! They brought drinks for our beginning of the year PD today, and it was such an amazing boost to kick off the school year. Sabrina and her team truly care about supporting local teachers, and we couldn't be more thankful for their generosity!

  I have been coming to 7 Brew for the last 8 months every day because I genuinely enjoy the product. I have spent a significant amount of money here and have been one of the customers who consistently supported this location. Unfortunately, after months of the same issues, I can confidently say this location has lost a loyal customer. I order the exact same drink every single time, yet somehow it is made incorrectly about 8 out of 10 times. At this point, I have to wonder how a company can struggle so consistently with one repeat order from a customer who comes in nearly every day. I have contacted customer support repeatedly, given multiple opportunities for this issue to be addressed, and have now reached the point where it feels like my concerns are simply being ignored. Responses have become nonexistent, and there has been no meaningful effort to correct the ongoing problem. The frustrating part is not just the incorrect drinks, mistakes happen. The issue is the complete lack of accountability and customer service when those mistakes are brought to attention. I do not enjoy having to go back through the line for a replacement, especially after already waiting, only to be treated like I am inconveniencing employees for asking for the drink I paid for. Instead of a simple apology and correction, there have been multiple instances where employees made me feel like the mistake was somehow my fault. I have even had employees come out from the kitchen area to argue with me about getting my order corrected. That is incredibly unprofessional. Customers should not have to defend themselves or feel uncomfortable just to receive what they ordered. The most concerning part is that this has gone beyond a wrong flavor or missing ingredient, it has become a safety issue. I have specifically communicated that I cannot have excessive caffeine due to heart problems, yet my fizz drinks continue to be made with energy additives. Other times, I have received sugar free syrup when I did not request it. These are not minor mistakes when a customer has clearly communicated a health related concern and a lawsuit waiting to happen. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have continued to give this location chance after chance because I genuinely liked the product. I have even gone as far as ordering everything needed to make my drink at home because I can no longer justify spending money somewhere that cannot consistently provide the correct order or take customer concerns seriously. This is not a review from someone looking for a free drink or trying to complain about one bad experience. This is from a customer who showed up daily for 8 months, supported this business, and repeatedly tried to resolve the issue privately before leaving a review. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency, communication, accountability, and basic customer service has caused 7 Brew to lose a loyal customer. I hope management takes this seriously, because losing customers who genuinely enjoy your product should be a wake-up call. A great product can only go so far when customers cannot trust that their order will be made correctly or that they will be treated respectfully when mistakes happen.
