  Waited too long for everything was 2 hours for the meal she took our drink order, waited 20 minutes to come back take our order, then 20 minutes later informed no Alfredo sauce that killed 3 of 5 orders, had to change them 30 minutes later 3 of us got food 1 totally wrong, other people 1 came other on had to wait for another 20 minutes we were done eating, extremely bad worst-case experience at a restaurant we watched many poeple leave, getting tired of waiting for their take out orders, that were not ready, and multiple orders wrong! Not good! Of no refills on pop they asked 3 times!

  I come every Sunday for the lunch buffet and I got to say the last couple of Sundays have been way better than they have been in the past. The one girl server with the purple hair was very welcoming and went above and beyond when it came to "distracting the kids" untill there food was ready. Keep up the good work pizza hut

  Totally blown away buy the one new server Ashley, although I'm not sure she was a server by the way she was handling multiple tasks at once. she had multiple tables she was taking care of, she was in the back making the pizzas it looked like. She was answering the phone, taking care of other customers at the counter. We ordered a large stuffed crust as well as a side trip to the salad bar. She was the most polite employee I've encountered here. Sometimes it's really hard to be able to be seated here because there's never any employees working. Our food was brought out quick, hot , and it didn't taste like the pizza has been sitting there for hours like our pizzas have in the past. Finally someone who knows what they're doing.

  Went to dine in and sat for 10 minutes. No one came over to take order or drinks. Chairs and table was sticky like it hadn’t been wiped for days. It was disgusting. We ended up leaving because no one came over. Definitely sad how much this place has gone down hill.
