- DLDouglas LemonNov 3, 20231.0Delivered our food to the wrong address, claimed they checked the house number while there, (I was literally standing in my driveway with the light on) when my wife called to find out where the food was they said it was delivered to our front porch, which we do not have a front porch, then they refused to make it right and resend out the order. When asked for their managers name or corporates number they responded with "I'm not giving it to you". "We're not allowed to give you that information". Which is obviously a lie. Horrible interaction, definitely will not be ordering from this location again. Then the driver Tracy decided to take it upon herself and call and say that the address changed after delivery.... and then said "I have been doing this for 10 plus years, I think I know what I'm doing." Completely unacceptable behavior for "professionals".
