- KSKim “peanut mom” Sain5 days ago2.0I placed an online order with their app. The chicken bowl was very skimpy and the guacamole was not mixed up and there were big chunks of avocado. The food that I ate was yummy, but disappointed in their portions. You pay good money for the food and expect a better experience. Also left a tip as well. SMH

There were approximately 10 strands of lettuce that was wilted and not even a full serving of chicken , let alone 2 servings. It is so frustrating that a simple drive thru order cannot be completed correctly.

Rarely do we get utensils, the portions are typically very poor, and they are very often out of food. For example, frequent need to wait for more rice to be made. The most basic component of most menu items, and they can't seem to keep it ready. Too bad, don't come here. Go to Grinders, or Mi Casa. Or almost anything else locally. Hartville has some great food and this is not it. Hopefully they can get their management together soon
