There was no one in the store ordering and no one behind us in the pick up lane. They hadn’t even started working on our order. They were all just standing around chatting when we pulled up. He looked at the screen as if they didn’t even know the order was there. I don’t mind waiting for our specified pickup time, but no need to be rude about it.

I literally had 6 people in front of me and waited 20+ minutes because you people decide the drive thru window is more important or something. The cash register person just stands at the register doing nothing while one person makes every order. I’ve been to many other chipotles and NONE of them do it the way Hartville does it. It’s inefficient and makes everyone waiting very mad. Figure out how to get people through the line. It’s not that difficult. I’ve left many times because I was standing there forever. Unfortunately it’s the only place to eat in Hartville though.

The restaurant smelled amazing- seasonings and grilled vegetable scents flew through the air. We were probably in and out within five minutes. Service was speedy! Though the portions were small and a bit expensive, we were very satisfied after a great meal. Thanks for your great service, food, and hospitality, Chipotle! We will return on our next trip to Hartville.
