It looked and smelled so much better than other chipotles have been to. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot right now eating it cause I couldn’t wait. Also, I wanted to commend the team that was working while I was in there. I walked into a situation that as someone who’s been in the restaurant industry for five years, I would absolutely hate to have to deal with. One of my least favorite kinds of customers I wouldn’t even call it a Karen and I would call it Deborah. The team handled it with Grace and dignity, they didn’t even drop a beat. It would’ve been very difficult for me not to be upset and angry with this lady, but you didn’t see any signs of them being upset. Justin then helped me make my bowl. He greeted me with a smile and made an absolutely beautiful bowl for me. Thank you for giving me a good Chipotle experience and giving me quite literally the best chipotle I’ve ever had in my life.

- THTori HadingerJul 1, 20262.0Did a mobile order and was told by the employee that we are 5 minutes early so the food will be ready after those 5 minutes. He was very condescending. There was no one in the store ordering and no one behind us in the pick up lane. They hadn’t even started working on our order. They were all just standing around chatting when we pulled up. He looked at the screen as if they didn’t even know the order was there. I don’t mind waiting for our specified pickup time, but no need to be rude about it.
