  I’m a regular at this location but during my recent visit I had quite a shocking experience with what I believed was the manager. I placed quite a large order for Mother’s Day. When I arrived 5 minutes before my pickup time they said they did not have my order even though I already had a charge on my card. I explained the order to the employee which was then followed by a huff and a rude tone. Other than this experience I have never had a bad visit

  I went up to where you order and they said hello I ordered no one answerd I had wated there for 4 minutes and still no answer so I drive up to the window the manager sayed you order back there like I was stupid I said I know I did but no one answerd I was only a drink so I drove up to the window and she responded with well I was working I didn’t here you she was rude to me I was rude back and refused to serve me my drink for my daughter I go there emorning and never have this problem

  Their donuts are never fresh :( Compared to the other dunkin, the drive-thru is much slower.
