- LLlillieApr 14, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s in Harrison. As soon as I pulled up to the window, the employee snapped “the name?!?!” in a rude, impatient tone. No greeting, no basic customer service—just attitude right off the bat. She also had an AirPod in, which is completely unprofessional, and clearly wasn’t even paying attention because she immediately mixed my name up with someone else’s. It only got worse from there. She handed me my order and then slammed the window shut before I even had a chance to check it. My bread bites were supposed to come with a garlic dipping cup—which, of course, was missing. I sat there waiting while another employee had to repeatedly tell her to come back to the window, and she straight up refused at first. Overall, the service was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. If you’re working a customer-facing job, the bare minimum is basic respect, and that was clearly too much to ask here. To top it all off, she even muttered something inappropriate to us, which just showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect.
