  Just sat in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me when I went to order it's cash only.... I get that stuff happens but say something or put up a sign when you know you won't be able to help a majority or the population no one carries cash anymore. Wasted almost a half hour when a moment or words could have helped. Do better that's just lazy

  The past few times I have been to this location I end up annoyed. I order ahead, if I dont I will be in there, in line, forever..... I expect smaller portions ordering ahead and usually dont care at all but I get better portions ordering 2 kids meals than ordering a bowl... I paid 13 dollars for rice and lime sauce basically.... The place is always behind time getting to go orders on shelves, and the place is always, and I do mean always a complete sticky mess from entering to exiting.

  If photos were added the board of health would have a field day.at 7:30 went in to grab a couple bowls.food was all over the floors.soda station was a nasty food ridden mess.the whole table behind the counter scattered with food.dish pans stacked and a milk jug of some sort sticking out of top of the pans.at the check out there's a open cooler for drinks that was scattered with food.my buddy got a bowl and lady asked me what I wanted I said nothing .when I say there was food everywhere it was all the way out the door.the funniest thing was as I was paying for my friends bowl because it was my idea to go there the employees didnt care about the way the place was they were worried about the tip jar and if it was empty.whoever owns this place might want to take this review serious.

  I’m a big Chipotle fan, but this location was disappointing. All the tables were dirty, while several staff members were standing around, including the manager. We ordered two kids’ meals and had to inform them that it comes with a tray for the sides, even with the manager standing right there. The cheese on the quesadilla wasn’t melted, and when we asked for it to be remade, it felt like an inconvenience. Overall, not the experience we typically expect from Chipotle.

  When I say this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too, trust that it’s not an exaggeration and it’s a shared opinion in the community. They are CONSTANTLY running out of items, matter of fact there has not been one singular time I’ve visited this location where they were fully stocked on their items. When I visit this location the staff is unfriendly as well, their line is ALWAYS dirty and they NEVER offer to start prepping the items they’re short on even if it’s the middle of the day. Managers really needs to pick it up here and the owners need to care more about how this location is ran. Will be driving to dent location from now on. Dent always offers to refill missing items always friendly always clean, Harrison chipotle needs to take notes. Seriously annoying and disappointing.
