  Great experience - we loved the food. The bartender was extremely attentive and will make you whatever you want on the spot! Food came out very quickly and they were on a 35 minute wait! Staff checked on us and so did the manager- located right across the movie theater and well worth the trip. Thank you!

  We had our worst Buffalo Wild Wing experience here. It took over an hour for food for 3 of the 4 people at our table to come out. (The restaurant was not busy or short staffed and only had about 16 tables). My burger was incorrect and my daughter's mac n cheese and fries were cold. I didn't dare send our food back since it would have taken so much more time. My daughter shared my son and my food. My husband's burger did not come out. It took an additional 15 minutes for his meal to come out after the server finally returned to check on our food. We were not comped the burger they forgot or any other food. The server never noticed empty drinks. My son and I had to share. When the server finally came back, I asked her for water, which took another 10 minutes. The tables around us that were sat way after us and ordered 45 minutes after us, received their meals 5-10 minutes after us. We will not be coming back to this location.

  Fast service, didn’t wait for an hour to be seated or for food like we have at other bdubs locations. Food was so good.

  I placed an order today and when I arrived at the location I was told the wing sauce I ordered was not available. Had this been reflected online when I placed the order I would have cancelled it. I asked to speak with the manager to see if some type of compensation could be provided since this was a completely avoidable problem on their end. I was put on hold while the manager contacted the assistant general manager by the name of ALLISON who stated there would be no compensation what so ever and that I could take an alternate sauce or get a refund. Well I of course chose the refund because I am big on customer service and the ball was completely dropped. I simply ordered from another wing establishment and this company had to throw away the food and loose out on an order and a customer that has been one for many years. I will no longer order from here because it is obvious that the assistant general manager is happily running this business into the ground.
