Im not sure where to even start. We dine here at least once a week so it was no surprise my son wanted to have his birthday dinner here. We were a party of 11, so went in expecting we wouldn’t be in & out as quickly as we usually are when its just the 6 of us.What we weren’t expecting was the events that unfolded & the way staff responded. To start, they sat us in an overly crowded back room that was stacked with tables & chairs so tight, it left no room to actually sit.To try to be as respectful as possible to the guests directly behind us & to avoid nearly sitting on their laps, we put the children on the side of the table against the wall, so we could push the table closer to the wall & give the table behind us enough room to be more comfortable. We ordered apps that came out less than 10 minutes after ordering-great!!Then ordered our food and proceeded to sit for an hour & a half waiting on food.Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem on its own, especially given that we were a larger party on a busy evening. It became a problem after other parties just as large as ours, who arrived long after we had ordered, began to receive their melas before us.At one point, our server stopped by to say she was going to check on our food, and we NEVER saw her again. My 4 year old son needed pee, so the children between him & the edge of our table scooted out of their seats (again, because they had it so damn cramped in there,we had NO ROOM.) my sonscooted across 3 seats before reaching the last chair. My son attempted to get off of the last chair without disrupting the other tables on too of us and fell. It was literally the distance of the chair seat to the ground, but he fell just right that he ended up breaking his armand not only breaking it- SHATTERING his humerus.I scooped him up, noticed the deformed arm and instant bruising, and my husband rushed us across the street to Mercy ER and then back to the restaurant to get our food, pay our bill, and get the rest of our family. We spent less than 15 minutes at the ER before they informed us we were being shipped to Cincinnati Childrens because it was imperative my son saw an ortho surgeon immediately. Apparently, our food was finally delivered as I was rushing my son across the street. Our server was standing near our table when my husband arrived back & had learned we were being rushed to Children’s. He approached her, explained what was happening and the urgency, and told her he needed to pay our bill & get enough boxes for at least our family’s food. She walked away & he waited 15 minutes for her to bring the bill. She never did bring boxes. My brother had to go to the registers at the front to ask for boxes, and also explained the situation. At this point, myself, my son, and the ER are waiting for my husband to return so we could get to Children’s, who were waiting for us at this point. Again, no urgency on the boxes. Mind you, they want to box our food because we haven’t even touched it yet- this wasnt just for a handful of leftovers- that wouldn’t have mattered. After 30 minutes, they finally got what they needed, paid, and we were on our way where my son ended up in emergency surgery to repair his arm. We spent the night at Children’s, and were not released until yesterday afternoon. At that point, my son had no appetite and as a mother I was exhausted & worried about my child, so my Bdubs food was at the very end of my priority list. Well, then today, Sunday, after not having eaten anything since linch on Friday, I naturally think ahh yes I will eat my Bdubs for lunch.( very much understandably expecting them not to be nearly as fresh & good as they would have been Friday) WELL imagine my surprise when my 10pc boneless wing is actually 4 wings & 6 pieces of bbq coated BREADING no bigger than my thumb nail! What a joke this entire experience was & then for the absolute joke of the quality of food we received in the end. It’s incredibly unlikely that we ever support this place again.

One on each for the fact that we had to wait an hour for staff to tell us the ingredients were out for the pick up delivery

We had a truly poor experience tonight. We waited for over an hour and a half and still had not received our food, our waiter later informed us that she had forgotten to ring in our order.

We came here with our family and friends we had two autistic kids who are very picky and they wanted cheese pizza so we brought some pizza in which we had done before and they had told us one time we could bring in the food and one waitress was looking at us weird and then the manager came up to us and said we couldn’t bring in the food which i understand but then we saw another lady who was staring at us Making A weird face, and after the manager walk away she also made a rude face at us, and we just felt so angry after this because of the were looking at us i seriously wanted to pay for our drinks and leave but my kids wanted to stay and so the two kids and their mother had to eat in the car alone.
