  Ebony went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. She fixed the issue I had in a timely manner and went out of her way to bring me my order personally. Thank you so much for all that you do, you're an amazing woman and I'm so happy you were able to assist me. The wings were juicy and not dry on sauce, fries were perfect and so was that rach.

  This is the worst store I've ever experienced. I placed an order online, but they did not deliver my food. I tried calling them multiple times and was on the phone for over 20 minutes, yet no one answered. Their lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

  Placed the online order at 4:15 p.m. and order was confirmed. Received. Order number and my account was charged immediately. Pickup time at 5:15. Arrived at 5:06. They said my order didn't exist. They looked at my phone and confirmed I was at the right store. They confirmed the app that I used was their app. They confirmed that the order was clearly on air and correct but they said it was not on their system at the store . They couldn't refund my money because they didn't process the order. They couldn't prepare the wings for me because they were afraid they wouldn't get paid. They were willing to prepare wings for me if I paid again. Kid behind the counter was nice but had no alternatives and simply said we're sorry. I left the store with no wings and a charge to my account. I'll dispute the credit card, but Wingstop clearly provided zero help and clearly left it up to me to get my money back if that's to happen. Needless to say, I have no idea if their wings are worth a darn. I also would say as highly likely I will never know.

  The absolute worst experience at a wingstop EVER!!!! The staff were rude and threw the food at my husband over the counter. When I called to report the incident the manager. The manager Jarell was very unapologetic and did not care at all. Even stated that he just walked in the door so I guess that means you can't investigate and find out who the staff member was?!?! (NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER BTW) I will never ever order from this location again and will be letting the corporate office know as well. I wish it had an option for 0 stars because that's what's deserved!!! Also the food was terrible, the wings weren't even covered they were half naked.
