  Horrible customer service took 22 minutes to get through the line. Ordered 2 things. I really don’t care about that it’s the rudeness of the employees. I came in at 1am. (Not drunk) and very polite and they treated us like garbage. I get dealing with drinks all night can be difficult but to take it out on us is ridiculous. Say it with a smile we are paying RESPECTFUL CUSTOMERS. I’ve had bad days too but don’t take it out on us because you had a bad day.   Food quality gets worse and worse each time I go. I dont know why but everytime I get a chalupa the shell is stale and crunchy. Tacos always are soggy and gross. There is no winning plus they mess up my order almost every single time! Save yourself the problems and go to the one on high street not main street!

  Whatever you do, don’t change your mind about wanting sauces when you get to the window.. she’ll throw a hissy & your food at you. All after waiting several minutes because several to go orders came in.. I mean, why would you want to get the one order in drive thru first. Great first & last experience.

  The past three times I’ve ordered door dash and extra beef on what I order it’s never accurate! I worked at Taco Bell almost 20 years ago I know a scoop of beef and an extra scoop of beef I’m so upset
