    I order the seven dollar meal two without lettuce and onion and what I have on my burger lettuce and onion thats why I don’t go to sonic they can never get a simple order right

    I had to repeat the order 3 times to make sure it appeared correct on the board.

    placed a mobile order and ended up waiting about 20 minutes before I had to leave without receiving my food. While I was waiting, I saw what appeared to be the only employee walk in from their car only after another customer went through the drive-thru. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially after ordering ahead through the app.
