  Girl in the drive thru has a stank attitude, called and spoke to the manager and was told “yeah you’re just gonna have to deal with that”. They need to get their employees in check and maybe they wouldn’t be so dead and have an embarrassingly low rating… I feel bad for the owner, because clearly the manager doesn’t care.

  The staff is always so nice here even though it's obvious they're always short staffed. There's always a wait, but that just means the food is hot and fresh

  This is the worst restaurant in the city. I waited 30 minutes for an online order. It came out cold and my large fry wasn't even half full. I decided to give them one more chance and it was the same deal the second time. Ridiculously slow and food was cold and not eve what you pay for. Based on the other 1 star reviews this seems like a common theme. They need to fire everyone in that store and start fresh. It used to be a nice place to go to now I wouldn't dare spend another dollar there. Bad experiences like the ones so many have had kill businesses. The owner obviously hires the cheapest employees he can and you can clearly see the results of that. The staff and management frankly do not care. This store will not survive another 5 years if they don't make some changes.

  First time I have ever gotten Sonic and will be the last time. The workers had an attitude toward me from the beginning even though I was nice to them, except the window guy. My order has 5 jalapeno ranch included acording to the app and they gave me a bunch of ketchup packets. The funny thing is, I do not like ketchup. So of course I pulled back into the drivethrough, and they gave me ONE???? I told them I got 5, and they were like "but did you pay for it"???? What kind of service is this Sonic?
