  You have a sign posted for free coffee at the drive thru speaker but your red headed employee wanted to take time out of my day to tell me its for orders placed at the store... Not for mobile orders. But the first lady I asked about it was very polite and said absolutely when I asked her to add it.. odd policy that didn't have to be made such a big deal

  Bought four sausage burritos. When we got them, they were so flat it felt like a cheese wrap. They were not the normal size. Please take this review as training. Each portion sized should be measured so your customers get what they paid for.

  I will never stop again... I do lyft so I usually stop at any McDonald's to use bathroom because its usually clean but no this one! Absolutely disgusting 🫣 it had dirty tiolets walls an floors was nasty puke on the floors and tiolet paper laying all over the stalls. Sinks an mirrors dirty. Didn't even stay to use bathroom I went on down the road to another restaurant. Can you imagine the kitchen? Nope will definitely not eat there i even yelled backbto workers telling them the bathrooms are disgusting 😑

  This Mcds absolutely stinks like a sewer. I had horrible service with one of the light skin worker she gave me a lot of attitude and was yelling at the top of her lungs like this is bootcamp. I will never come here again and I will be calling the health department because it should not smell like that at a restaurant. The most disgusting Mcds ever.

  I’ll start this by saying that the morning shift is always on point and hardly ever make any mistakes. But on e the afternoon shift starts, the quality of service drastically decreases. Long wait times when going through the drive thru seems to be a normal occurrence despite there hardly being a line of cars. The main course is almost ALWAYS lukewarm and the fries are borderline cold. And somehow orders seem to be messed up nearly every time I come here in the evenings. I only order a #9 when I come here because two cheeseburgers and a large fry should be simple enough to serve. And more often than not I am very disappointed with what I actually get. A large fry container that half full with cold bland fries. I order two cheeseburgers plain. And they somehow give me one plain burger and one messily loaded with pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. Does someone think that is a funny joke? Do you have to beg for warm fries? I quit ordering any chicken item from here because they’re cold and never taste right. Maybe there’s not enough staff that’s actually working because I see people standing around talking and not paying attention to what’s going on around the kitchen quite often. Tonight is the last time I’ll go here. Wendy’s is just down the road actually serves hot food and fries and I can get a frosty whenever because their machines are always clean and working properly.
