  Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to get it, received the wrong order, went inside and waited for 20 minutes for help, the lady at the counter kept asking me what my order was even though I told her countless times, walked away, came back and then asked me what it was AGAIN. Walked away for another ten minutes and then came back and I still had items missing. She tried to patch it all up by giving me a free drink. I had to leave because I couldn’t wait anymore. This place is a hot mess. I’m good on coming here again.

  I got me and my son food and upon in the car, my son counted his nuggets and saw that they miscounted by one. Show me thinking I was doing the right thing. I had him call to fix his mistake. He’s six. The guy that answered today sound like he was 15 to 18 Today’s date is October 15 he hung up on my child as my child didn’t get to finish a sentence, With that, I called back and a woman answered, and I stated that my son called to fix his mistake and how the young man that Answer needed to apologize to my son for hanging up abruptly she proceeded to say that she was his manager, and she was not going to have him apologize and that she apologized for him. I get it, but I can’t get behind it as I’m trying to teach my son a valuable thing and you could’ve taught him one by not hang up granite. She did say they received 40 prank calls that is irrelevant to me. I totally feel like the situation would’ve been A-OK if he would’ve came and apologized to my child as I was a parent that was saying, I was trying to get my son to do these values.

  Terrible interior layout. Very excluded from customers. Normally food is ok but recently in the drive thru our order was messed up completely. Almost as if the drive thru wasn't paying attention to us.
