  I cant tell you how livid this mcdonalds has made me time and time again. I tried going to get breakfast maybe it was just an issue with other shifts. But no. The food was cold, cashier couldnt understand we wanted two sausage mcmuffin meals with 1 OJ and 1 coke. Even after having someone help her put it in the system I told her AGAIN what I wanted and she still didnt understand we wanted meals. I read the receipt and was charged for 2 OJ which mind you alone is 6$. At the second window told them and they did give us a coke but not the 2nd oj that was paid for or even offer for a refund for one of the OJs. I refuse to come back this is the 4th time this location has messed up my order. The staff on other shifts have been straight up disrespectful when THEY MESSED IT UP. We go to get food because were hungry I only have so many time im willing to explain my order and wait for food before im just hangry then I really dont have it in me to be cordial. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Malcolm at mlk blvd McDonald’s. This guy is seriously one of the best employees I’ve ever come across. He’s always hard-working, respectful, and extremely professional — which honestly stands out compared to some others at this location. Malcolm consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your order is correct, your condiments are exactly what you asked for, and he always checks to see if there’s anything else you need. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, and it makes a big difference. It’s always a pleasure being a customer when he’s working. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. He deserves a raise and promotion 👏 5 stars 🌟

  Hardly ever anyone inside or in kine, but you will always have to pull off to the side and wait. As i write this. There was two cars in front of me, and two behind. Now we all have been sitting and waiting for the last 5 minutes. By far the worst McDonald's in Hamilton, and thats saying something
