  I hate the new touchscreen with no one customer facing. There's no one present if you have any issues. The app is never working. And then you come inside and you cant do anything about it.

  I found a hair in my blue slushie before, also they don’t let kids/teens eat in their establishment which really doesn’t make sense to me. Workers have real bad attitudes to teenagers and it’s just not a very good McDonald’s to eat in.Let me not forget that somebody told a worker aka (Joe) or somewhat close to his name that a roach was on the celling and he said “it’s supposed to be there”. This place isn’t sanitary at all and I’m here to write my statement about it. DO BETTER MCDONALDSSSS!!!!!!!

  Wow a hamburger in under 3 minutes is it even real and the kids meals are just thrown in the bag if your review is negative they will not allow it to post lol

  Told the lady taking my order that I needed my meal to have no cheese due to a food allergy. I asked the cashier at the window to make sure because the screen didnt show this. She said it shows no cheese. After paying I then had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food to then have cheese on my meal. Went inside to correct and they made another burger with cheese. I told them to correct it again to have it completely wrong again! On top of all of this they forgot my wife's snack wrap. Then maybe the worse part of it all, the lady i spoke to inside about the incorrect order goes to throw the food away. She was told "we dont throw food away, we put it in a waiting list for someone else". This was after my hands were all over it to see if there was cheese on it. ILLEGAL AND AGAINST HEALTH REGULATIONS!!!! Nice people but absolutely terrible service. Will never go back.
